[摘要] 常規的护理管理模式经常有许多护理方面的缺陷，很容易导致护患之间的各种纠纷。因此，要不断的提高护理质量。在护理风险防范程序制定上，要求先制定护理风险的项目，然后再根据护理平时的工作经验，来总结容易引发事件的原因，深入分析容易诱发各类事件的风险因素，最后根据患者的自身情况及其疾病的原因造成风险的类型，认儿童医院呼吸科护理风险防范时，从患者自身病症的因素去考虑风险，应划分不同的等级，从护士如何去护理因素来分析，应提升自我保护的意识，而且还要增强法律观念，从药物因素来分析，应详细把药物的名称、功效、种类、有合适应证和用量等禁忌事项及时告诉患者或者其家属，从环境因素上来分析，要加强网络化的管理，实行流程化的现代化管理。在对患者的治疗护理过程中，应不断的去辨别病情如何变化，科学地去评估潜在的风险程度，不断的去改进和评价患者的护理方案。

[Abstract] The routine nursing management model often has many nursing defects， easily leading to various disputes between nurses and patients， therefore， we need to constantly improve the nursing quality， in the nursing risk preventive procedures， the nursing risk items are required to firstly made， and then the causes of events are summarized according to the work experience， and the risk factors of various events are deeply analyzed， and finally the risk should be considered according to their own situations， in terms of how to conduct the nursing of nurses， they should improve the self-protection awareness and enhance the legal idea， in terms of drug factor， they should inform the title， function， kind and notes of patients or their family， in terms of environment factor， we should enhance the network management and implement the process modern management， and in the treatment and nursing course of patients， we should constantly know the changes of disease， scientifically evaluate the potential risk degree and constantly improve and evaluate the nursing plan.

儿童呼吸系统疾病的发病率十分高，病情不仅发展迅速，常常会并发感染到其他的脏器，而且临床治疗的周期又很长，其护理的风险极大。常规的护理管理模式经常有许多护理方面的缺陷，很容易导致护患之间的各种纠纷[1]。因此，要不断地提高护理质量，全方位引进新型的护理模式。该文对该科室在护理风险管理前后应重视的护理防范措施进行研究，认真详细地分析了护理风险管理在呼吸科发挥的重要作用。……
