[摘要] 目的 分析老年体检人群的尿酸检测结果和代谢综合征间的关系。方法 搜集2016年4—9月到该院进行体检的7 577名老年人群作为研究对象，对体检人群各种指标进行检测，并分析尿酸的检测结果和代谢综合征间的关系。结果 高尿酸血症患者TG、收缩压、FBS、舒张压和正常人群相比，数值之间有着巨大的差异，组间比较存在明显的区别（P<0.05）。结论 密切监测老年人群血尿酸水平、血脂和血糖等对于临床治疗至关重要，能够降低心脑血管病发生率，同时可以加强老年人群身心健康。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between the uric acid test results and metabolism syndrome of senile physical examination population. Methods 7 577 cases of senile physical examination persons in our hospital from April， 2016 to September ， 2016 were selected and various indexes were tested and the correlation between the uric acid test results and metabolism syndrome was analyzed. Results There were big differences in the TG， systolic pressure， FBS and diastolic pressure between the hyperuricemia group and the normal group， and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The close monitoring of blood uric acid level， blood liquid and blood glucose of senile patients is vital to the clinical treatment， which can reduce the incidence rate of cardia-cerebrovascular disease and enhance the physical and mental health of senile patients.

伴隨现代社会进步与人们生活质量提高，使得人们生活方式与饮食结构渐渐发生改变，尤其在老年人群中，高尿酸血症代谢综合征患者比人渐渐增加。尤其在对冠心病、动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病进行诊断时，高血尿酸值一直被当成一个独立的危险因素，另外，大量临床研究表明，血尿酸水平与高血压、肥胖、脂代谢紊乱等代谢综合征有紧密的联系性，而在高血尿酸水平的高危人群中，很多人比较容易发生糖尿病，这严重影响了患者生活质量与身体健康。因此，为了给临床治疗提供参考以及提高人们生活质量，需要相关人员认真分析尿酸和代谢综合征之间的相关性。该文把2016年4—9月到该院进行体检的7 577名老年人群作为研究对象，简析了老年体检人群的尿酸检测结果和代谢综合征间的关系，主要分析如下。
