摘要： 当今社会，随着计算机技术和掌上终端技术的迅猛发展，网络正以惊人的速度延伸到社会各个层面，网络与文化的结合产生了新兴的文化——网络文化。高校作为青年学生的聚集地，是学生们获取知识、思想交流的乐园，也为网络文化的传播提供了有利的时间和空间。网络文化作为一把双刃剑，对大学生的思想观念、思维方式、行为习惯和价值观产生了巨大而深远的影响。

Abstract： In today's society， with the rapid development of computer technology and handheld terminal technology， network is at an alarming rate extends to all levels of society， and the combination of the network and culture has emerged a new culture named network culture. As a gathering place for young students， colleges and universities are the paradise for students to acquire knowledge and exchange ideas， and also provide a favorable time and space for the dissemination of Internet culture. As a double-edged sword， network culture has a great and far-reaching influence on college students' ideas， ways of thinking， habits and values.

0 引言

通讯技术和计算机网络的发展是人类社会的巨大进步。网络设施和技术的发展、内容的丰富和交流的便利构成了丰富多彩的网络文化。数字化校园建设，在设施、空间和人员上为网络文化的发展和传播提供了丰厚的土壤。而网络文化最为一种文化现象，依托互联网快速的发展和传播，对大学生的价值观塑造提出了新的问题和要求。

1 文化与网络文化

中国的文化最早的意思包含“文治”和“教化”两个方面，传统的中华文化偏重于精神方面，同时又注重与精神相关的部分物质要素。“发乎情，止于礼”，儒家思想注重以伦理道德来教化、引导世人。可见文化有较强的育人、化人功能。

网络文化虽然没有统一的界定，但它具有一本传统文化的功能和特质，但它有特殊的内容和文化形式。它是以互联网技术为基础，依附与多媒体技术的信息传递所衍生的一切文化观念和文化行为，包含网络文质文化、网络制度文化和网络精神文化。……
