摘要： 在对比中美高校教育资源差距的基础上，首先针对美国技术类和工程类专业的不同层次的工程人才培养，分析了ABET所构建的认证准则；其次，以欧林工学院为例，阐述了回归工程的项目化教学的课程体系；最后，从专业认证、课程体系、课外平台等方面，比较了美国高等工程教育的一些先进经验。

Abstract： On the basis of comparing the education resources gap between Chinese and American universities， firstly， the training of engineering talents at different levels of American technology and engineering majors is analyzed， and the accreditation criteria constructed by ABET are analyzed. Secondly， taking the college as an example， this paper expounds the curriculum system of project teaching of regressive engineering. Finally， from the professional certification， curriculum system， extracurricular platform and other aspects， this paper compares the American higher engineering education some advanced experience.

0 引言

我国高等工程教育将面临着新一轮工程教育改革。2017年2月18日，教育部在复旦大学召开了高等工程教育发展战略研讨会，提出了“新工科”的内涵特征及路径选择，达成了“新工科”建设的复旦共识。4月8日，教育部在天津大学召开新工科建设研讨会，提出了“新工科”建设的行动路线（简称“天大行动”），明确提出到2020年，探索形成新工科建设模式；到2030年，形成中国特色、世界一流工程教育体系；到2050年，形成领跑全球工程教育的中国模式[1]。为了更好地探索高等工程教育建设的“新工科”模式，借鉴有着悠久高校办学历史、拥有目前世界最充足科研资源的美国高等工程教育，比较中美两国在高等工程教育模式上的共性与差异，有助于更好地发展我国高等工程教育。

1 中美高校教育资源的对比

当前全世界最具影响力的大学排名体系有四个，即《泰晤士高等教育》（Times Higher Education，简写：THE）、国际高等教育研究机构（Quacquarelli Symonds，简写：QS）、上海交通大学世界大学学术排名（Academic Ranking of World Universities）和《美國新闻与世界报道》（US News & World Report）的世界大学排名。……
