摘要： 本文首先介绍电机课程的特点。针对电机学原理枯燥难懂的特点，且对电机结构有清楚明确的认识，在本学期的《电机拖动及应用》和《电机与电气控制》两门课程中采取了观看英文动画演示变压器、直流电机、三相异步电动机结构及工作原理。通过教学实践探索，比较了相对于中文传统动画英文原版动画演示的优势及特色。最后分析了推广英文动画演示教学在电机课程中的可能性和必要性。综合运用各种现代教学辅助手段可提高课堂授课效率，应把素质教育融入到课堂教学之中。

Abstract： This paper first introduces the characteristics of the motor course. According to the boring and difficult characteristics of understanding the motor learning principle， and to make a clear understanding of the motor structure， in this term and in the two courses of "Motor Drive and Application"and "Motor and Electrical Control"， to watch English animation demonstration transformer， DC motor， three-phase asynchronous motor structure and working principle has been used. Through the teaching practice and exploration， this paper has introduced advantages and characteristics of English original animation compared with the Chinese traditional animation. Finally， it analyzes the possibility and necessity of the promotion of English animation teaching in the course of the motor. Comprehensive use of various modern teaching aids can improve the efficiency of classroom teaching， and quality education should be integrated into classroom teaching.

0 引言

电机学是电气工程及其自动化专业的专业基础课，该课程的主要目的是使学生深入了解电机内部的基本电磁关系和基本分析方法，又能掌握一定的电机系统工程应用知识。从课程衔接上来讲，电机学是学习专业课的先导课程，没有电机学学生将无法完成后续相关主要专业课程的学习，其重要性可见一斑。但学生普遍反映电机学课程比较难学，原因主要是电机学综合了电学、机械以及磁学等多学科的知识是交叉学科，具有对象具体，理论抽象的特点，教学和学习的难度较大。此外，教学课时的减少与保证基本教学内容不变两者间存在的矛盾，使得仅仅依靠传统教学手段无法获得满意的教学效果。本文从本学期教学实践现代化教学的角度，介绍英文动画演示电机原理在教学中的应用，并结合课堂使用效果为其他电机的教学提供很好的参考价值。……
