摘要：机械设备是日常生产加工中不可或缺的工具，通过对机械设备的灵活运用，能够使人们的劳动力度得以有效减轻，同时也实现了生产效率的全面提升。而对自动化设备进行应用，同样也能够有效地推动机械设备智能化发展的速度，使得机械设备更具自动化特征，而在实际运用的过程中能够更方便。但需要正确认识的是，机械设备的运用始终存在诸多不安全的因素，尤其是自动化设备，所以机械设备的设计一定要高度重视安全管理的作用，只有这样才能够使风险系数不断下降。基于此，文章将机械设计自动化设备作为研究重点，阐述了安全控制管理的相关内容，以期有所帮助。

Abstract： Mechanical equipment is the indispensable tool in daily production and processing. Through the flexible application of mechanical equipment， the people's labor force can be effectively reduced， at the same time a comprehensive increase in production efficiency can be achieved. The application of automation equipment can effectively promote the intelligent development of mechanical equipment， make the mechanical equipment more automated， and make it more convenient in the actual use. But the use of mechanical equipment always has a lot of unsafe factors， especially the automation equipment， so in the design of mechanical equipment， we must attach great importance to the role of safety management to reduce the risk factor. Based on this， the article takes mechanical design automation equipment as a research focus and describes the contents related to the safety control management.

0 引言

在机械设计工作开展的过程中，使用的安全性是需要优先考虑的因素，而这同样也是机械使用正常的必要前提条件。为此，在机械设计自动化设备方面，也应当严格遵循设计的基本要求。然而，在机械设计的过程中，自动化设备安全管理与控制同样发挥着重要的作用，通过有效的安全控制管理，能够确保设备的安全性，与生产实际需求相适应。由此可见，深入研究机械设计自动化设备的安全控制管理工作具有一定的现实意义。

1 机械设计自动化设备控制的现实意义
