摘要：我國作为世界人口最多的国家，就业压力不断增大，与就业增长最为密切相关的因素为经济增长率。我国1978-2013年经济增长的平均增速达到了9.8%。但适龄劳动人口的比重却从2011年开始逐渐下降，因此国内就业压力依然居高不下。本文选用全国各省份的主要行业为指标来考察各省就业人数差异，采用因子分析法评价各省主要行业就业情况，找出就业情况存在的差距及差距的主要原因，并提出协调发展的对策。

Abstract： As the most populous country in the world， the employment pressure is increasing， and the most closely related factor is the economic growth rate. The average growth rate of China's economic growth in 1978-2013 has reached 9.8%. However， the proportion of the working age population has gradually declined since 2011， so the employment pressure in China is still high. In this paper， the main industries in each province of China are selected as indicators to investigate the differences in employment among the provinces， and factor analysis method is used to evaluate the employment situation of main industries in different provinces， find out the gap of employment and the main reasons for the gap， and put forward countermeasures for coordinated development.

0 引言

中国是世界上人口最多的国家，也是青年人最多的国家。深入研究我国人口就业变化趋势，展望未来的人口失业率，对于解决我国的人口就业问题具有重要的意义。

近几年，随着城镇化和人口老龄化的加剧，我国的就业压力不断加大。通过中国人口未来发展的趋势可以分析中国劳动力资源的状况和变动趋势，进而研究其规模、分布以及对经济发展的影响。本文希望通过对主要城镇劳动人口就业情况和就业行业进行分析，希望能够达到以下目的：第一，客观评价中国各省劳动力就业情况；第二，分析劳动力主要就业行业发展趋势；第三，分析各省劳动力人口就业情况差距。

1 各省主要行业就业情况评价指标体系的构建

劳动力的主要就业行业不仅能反应出我国人口就业的主要趋势，而且通过分析主要行业的就业人数能够明显的看出我国现阶段人口就业的主要热门行业和劳动力欠缺的行业，从而能够采取相关措施有效的缓解就业压力。……
