中医辨证治疗复发性尿路感染气虚湿浊证

目的 观察中医辨证治疗复发性尿路感染气虚湿浊证的临床疗效。方法 将66 例门诊复发性尿路感染女性患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组33例。2组均予抗生素治疗后，对照组用热淋清颗粒，治疗组用中药辨证治疗。疗程均为2个月，并观察临床疗效、中医证候积分，随访3个月后比较再发率。结果 治疗组脱落2例，对照组脱落3 例，最终完成61 例。治疗组总有效率为87.10% ，对照组为66.67%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组治疗后中医证候积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05 ，P＜0.01），但治疗组证候积分差值优于对照组（P＜0.05）；随访中，组间再发率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)）。结论 中医辨证治疗复发性尿路感染气虚湿浊证，能明显改善临床症状，减少复发。

Abstract: Objective Clinical observation on TCM dialectical treatment of recurrent urinary tract Infection qi deficiency and dampness.Methods 66 female patients with recurrent urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 33 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with antibiotics, the control group with Relinqing particles, the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy.The twogroups were treated for 2 months, the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score were observed, and the recurrence rate was followed up after 3 months.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 87.1% and 66.67%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before and after treatment, the difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The rate of recurrence between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion TCM treatment of recurrent urinary tract infection with qi deficiency and dampness turbidity has satisfactory curative effect and can reduce recurrence.

尿路感染是指病原体侵犯尿路黏膜或组织引起的尿路炎症，是临床上的常见病、多发病。其中1年内尿路感染发作3次或3次以上者，称为复发性尿路感染[1]。因复发性尿路感染具有不易彻底治愈及反复发作等特点，应用抗生素治疗易产生耐药性且疗效多难以令人满意。而应用中药辨证治疗复发性尿路感染具有疗效稳定，治愈后不易复发等优点。近年来，我科采用益气扶正，利湿通淋法治疗复发性尿路感染，收到了较好疗效。……
