咳喘糊联合中频治疗仪治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作

目的观察咳喘糊联合中频治疗仪治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效。方法对纳入的48例病人采用咳喘糊联合中频仪治疗，治疗时将咳喘糊固定于治疗仪的电极上，然后将4个电极片分别固定于患者背部的定喘穴及肺俞穴，7～14 d为1个疗程。采用中医症状评分及疗效评价标准对治疗结果进行疗效评定。结果治疗前后中医症状总分改善情况经配对样本t检验，各症状及总分比较差异均有统计学意义，治疗总有效率93.75%。结论咳喘糊联合中频治疗仪治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作止咳平喘显著疗效。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of cough and asthma paste combined with mid-frequency treatment device in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods 48patients were treated by cough and asthma paste combined with mid-frequency treatment, fixed the paste on the electrode of the instrument, then fixed the four electrode pads to the Dingchuan(EX-B1) and Feishu(BL13) on the back of the patient, 7-14 days as a course of treatment.Symptom grading of traditional Chinese medicine and curative effect assessing standard were applied to the results.Results The scores of symptom of traditional Chinese medicine showed that all the symptoms scores and the total score before and after the treatment had significant difference.The total efficacy rate was 93.75%.Conclusion Cough and asthma paste combined with mid-frequency treatment device in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis has a significant effect.

慢性支气管炎由急性支气管炎转变而来，多由感染或非感染引起的慢性非特异性炎症。其病理特点是支气管腺体增生、黏液分泌增多[1]。慢性支气管炎可归属于中医“咳嗽”“喘证”等疾病范畴[2-3]。目前现代医学疗法对其治疗效果不甚显著，中医药对此类疾病的治疗积累了丰富的经验，疗效显著，其以辨证论治的整体观为理论指导的治疗原则，为慢性支气管炎急性发作的治疗提供了良好的前景[4]。我科长期采用咳喘糊联合中频治疗仪治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作患者，均取得较好疗效。现报道如下。
