【摘 要】随着经济社会的不断发展，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，一个企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势地位，一方面要不断加强企业管理方面的能力，另一方面要不断提高企业员工的政治素养，尤其是企业内部的党员干部，因为党员干部肩负着企业发展的重任，其自身的政治素养对于企业的发展具有深远影响。论文将对企业党员干部的思想政治素养及水平现状进行分析研究，并提出几点建设性意见。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of economy and society， competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to gain a dominant position in the fierce market competitionan， on the one hand， enterprise should continue to strengthen the ability of enterprise management， on the other hand， it is necessary to continuously improve the employee's political literacy， especially the party members and cadres in the enterprise， because the party members and cadres to shoulder the burden of enterprise development， and their own political quality has far-reaching influence on the development of enterprises. This study analyzes the current situation of ideological and political quality and level of party members and cadres of the enterprise， and puts forward some constructive suggestions.

1 引言

企业政工干部必须始终坚持理论联系实际、密切联系群众、批评与自我批评的作风。要坚持一切从客观实际出发，实事求是的工作作风，认真贯彻执行党的路线方针政策，要做好调查研究，在工作生活中带头发扬艰苦奋斗作風，敢于吃苦、迎难而上的精神。

2 企业政工干部素质培养的内涵

作风建设是政工干部思想意识、道德品质、知识文化涵养的综合反映。在工作中应该从多角度、全方位把握社会公众舆论和干部群众的思想动态，科学的把握与之相关的各种因素、趋势及后果，正确认识和处理各种矛盾，善于处理和整顿各方关系。

2.1 政治思想工作者素质培养

对企业政治思想工作者的素质培养全方面的、多种多样的，简而言之，主要体现在以下四个方面：一是培养企业政工干部的政治思想素质。政治思想素质是政工干部素质的关键。……
