摘 要 论文对韩国国立儿童青少年图书馆的多元文化儿童图书项目进行探究，重点阐述了该项目的多语种馆藏建设、门户内容组织和交互界面设计。论文指出：为开展多元文化儿童阅读服务，我国图书馆需重视传统文化服务内容的建设，构建多语种馆藏和资源共建共享，积极利用新媒体促进儿童数字阅读。

Multicultural Childrens Book Project：Case Study on Reading Promotion Program of Korean National Library for Children and Young Adults

Abstract This paper explores the Multicultural Childrens Book Project proposed by Korean National Library for Children and Young Adults， and focuses the construction of multilingual collection， portal content organization and interactive interface design. It points out that in order to develop multicultural children's reading service， domestic libraries need to focus on the traditional cultural promotion， the construction of multilingual collection， and the resource co-construction and sharing， using new media to promote children's digital reading.

近年来，随着韩国经济的发展，居住在韩国的外国人数量呈逐年上升趋势。韩国已经由单一化社会逐渐转变为多元文化社会[1]79。外国人口构成方面，跨国婚姻家庭中的女性仅次于外籍劳工占据了较大比重[2]。此类家庭中的儿童受母亲韩语基础薄弱因素的影响，表现出的语言障碍和身心健康问题日益凸显：孩子们变得内向，不合群，甚至具有暴力倾向[1]79。由此带来的社会问题已引起韩国政府和民间机构的广泛重视。为此，韩国政府部门推出了一系列针对解决多元文化家庭教育问题的方案、措施。2006年，分管图书馆事业的政府机构韩国文化观光部发布“多元文化体验计划”[3]，同年，韩国国立儿童青少年图书馆（National Library for Children and Young Adults in Korea，NLCY）成立。秉持“开创儿童和青少年未来的图书馆”的服务愿景，NLCY在阅读推广方面做了很多尝试[1]78。如何通过阅读推广活动帮助具有多元文化背景的儿童用户提高韩语水平，接受韩国文化的熏陶，早日融入韩国社会，是该馆的一个重要课题。
