摘 要：本文对建筑防水工程的渗漏原因进行了较为系统的分析，对新型防水材料“硅丙乳液水泥防水涂料”作了较为详细的介绍。在研究硅丙乳液水泥防水涂料“背水面”施工修复渗漏水工程和地下复合防水工程的施工中进行了有益的探讨，总结了成功的经验。

1.前言

降水量超過城市排水能力，就会造成道路积水，不但影响交通安全，还会殃及地下建筑工程。

一场强降雨，使整座城市建筑物±0.000以下，个别低洼地段乃至地上1-2m都在水的浸泡中，造成地下室渗漏水严重，不但车库不能使用，电力不能正常供应，设备用房也受到很大威胁，一座高层建筑几乎陷于瘫痪状态，甚至整座城市也处于慌乱无序之中。

如此严重的后果，固然是由自然灾害造成的，也与城市排水的规划、设计和施工有一定的关系。而本文所要讨论的，是作为地下防水工程本身所暴露的诸多问题，设若我们的防水工程作的稍微到位一点，自然灾害造成的危害要轻的多。把防水工程与建筑安全，百姓民生，环境保护和建筑节能结合起来，是非常必要地。

2.地下工程渗漏原因分析

无论何种原因造成的渗漏水，都将影响地下建筑的使用功能。若能从各个环节查找出渗漏水的原因，从源头上采取措施，就能有效的提高地下防水工程的质量，从而切实搞好地下防水工程。笔者曾被邀参与数十座高层建筑地下防水工程渗漏水的治理，发现渗漏现象遍布地下工程的各个部位，从后浇带、沉降缝、施工缝、电梯井、顶板、侧墙到电缆沟、过墙管等。……
