摘要：目的：探讨贵州省高校学生对学生管理制度的认同情况，以便为改进贵州省高校学生管理制度提供参考依据。方法：对贵州省9所本科非民办大学的1350位在校大学生进行问卷调查，利用SPSS对认同情况进行统计分析。结果：贵州省高校学生对学生管理制度总体认知情况较高，有89.1%的学生知道学校学生管理制度，而了解该制度的占78.3%。认知方式多为自学和院系宣传教育，分别占29.56%和23.04%。学生管理制度认同呈现较高水平，其中违纪处理制度的非常赞同、比较赞同、赞同三者比例之和为91.11%，居认同首位。不同职务、不同民族的高校学生对学生管理制度差异具有统计学意义，均P<0.05。结论：贵州省高校学生管理制度的认知和认同度较高，且认知方式多以传统为主。建议加强学生守则使用，巧用网络等新媒体，住宿管理制度进行人性化建设，鼓励学生干部入社团等方式，以提高认同，增加学生对高校管理制度的认同。

Abstract：Objective：This paper aims at analyzing the recognition of college students about student management system in Guizhou Province， in order to provide a reference for improving the Guizhou Province's student management system. Methods：This paper makes a survey and investigation on the recognition of student management system among 1350 college students in nine non-governmental colleges by means of SPSS. Results：Guizhou college students have a higher overall cognitive level of student management system. The system is known by 89.1% students and understood by 78.3%. The cognitive approaches are mostly 29.56% self-study and23.04% faculty propaganda. Student management system shows a higher level for recognition， which the sum of deregulation treatment's "extremely agree， more agree， agree" proportion is 91.11%； it tops the list. The discrepancy of student management system between different duties and nationalities is statistically significant， and they're all P< 0.05. Conclusion：Perception and cognition of the management system of university students in Guizhou is higher， and cognitive style is given priority to with tradition. Suggestions to strengthen students use code， using a network of new media， such as live in dormitory management system construction of human nature， encourage student cadres into the community， in order to improve the recognition， increase students' identification of the management system of colleges and universities.

前言

高校學生管理制度是为维持其教学、工作及生活秩序、保护学生身心不受损害，推进学生全面发展，遵循一定程序制定的，对全校学生具有广泛约束力的一系列规范性文件的总称[1]。近年来，人本教育日益被提倡[2]，高校学生的管理制度越来越受到重视，如何进一步完善制度，宣传并让学生自觉践行，成为每一所高校迫切需要解决的问题。贵州省地处我国西南，拥有高校46所，2015年已拥有在校大学生520335人，是贵州经济建设和发展的重要后备力量，明晰他们对高校学生管理制度的看法，对完善和改进学生管理制度，提高高校管理质量有重要意义。
