[摘要] 目的 分析α-硫辛酸联合腺苷钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。 方法 选取来该院就医的糖尿病周围神经病变患者（52例、2015年4月—2017年3月）作为该次的研究对象，通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将研究对象分为2组，分别给予腺苷钴胺、α-硫辛酸联合腺苷钴胺治疗，探究2组患者血糖指标、临床症状改善程度评分、神经传导速度的差异性。 结果 观察组患者的各项血糖指标、临床症状改善程度评分的数值、神经传导速度与对照组患者的结果相比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 α-硫辛酸联合腺苷钴胺糖尿病周围神经病变患者具有一定的应用价值。

Analysis of Effect of α- Lipoic Acid Combined with Adenosine Cobalt Amine on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of α-lipoic acid combined with adenosine cobalt amine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 52 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from April 2015 to March 2017 in this hospital were selected and divided into two groups by dynamic randomized single-pair grouping method. The two groups were given adenosine cobalt amine， α-lipoic acid combined with adenosine cobalt amine treatment respectively， and blood glucose indicators， clinical symptoms improvement degree and nerve conduction velocity were explored of the two groups. Results The scores of blood glucose， clinical symptom improvement degree and nerve conduction velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion α-lipoic acid combined with adenosine cobalt amine performs well in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.

糖尿病周圍神经病变疾病是临床一种较为高发的疾病，主要是受血管损伤、代谢紊乱、神经营养因子缺乏以及氧化应激等因素的影响，从而导致周围神经病变的发生，临床上一般以控制患者血糖以及予以神经营养药物、神经微循环药物以及抗氧化药物为主要治疗措施。糖尿病周围神经病变疾病若不及时进行干预治疗，会严重影响患者的身心健康，病情严重还可能会导致患者的生命受到威胁[1-2]，减少患者的生存期限。该次研究中选取2015年4月—2017年3月收治的52例糖尿病周围神经病变患者给予不同方法进行治疗，研究2组患者结果的差异性，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
