[摘要] 目的 分析研究人性化护理应用于骨科护理管理中的临床效果。 方法 选取我院骨科在2015年3月～2016年4月收治的86例患者作为本次的研究对象，将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组，每组43例患者。观察组患者实施人性化护理干预，对照组患者实施常规护理干预，对比两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度。 结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率为4.66%，护理满意度为97.67%；对照组患者的并发症发生率为18.64%，护理满意度为79.07%；组间比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 给予骨科患者实施人性化护理干预，能够显著降低患者的并发症发生率，促进患者早日回归正常的生活，提高了患者的护理满意度，减少了医患纠纷，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze clinical effect of humanized nursing in application of nursing management in department of orthopedics. Methods 86 patients who were admitted in department of orthopedics of our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to admission date， with 43 in each. Patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing intervention while patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention. Complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results Complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were 4.66% and 97.67% respectively. Complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group were 18.64% and 79.07% respectively. There was significant difference between two groups， and there was statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention of patient in department of orthopedics can significantly reduce complication rate of patients， promote them to live a normal life as soon as possible， improve nursing satisfaction of them and decrease medical disputes， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

生活節奏的加快，使得各类意外事件的发生率逐年上升，骨科患者也随之增多[1-2]。骨科疾病对患者的生活、工作、学习都带来了较大的影响，导致患者在治疗期间容易产生焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，影响治疗的效果，延长治疗的时间[3-4]。因此，给予骨科患者实施优质、全面、科学的护理干预十分必要[5]。但随着社会的发展，医疗水平的上升，骨科患者对于护理的要求也越来越高，常规的护理干预已不能够很好的满足患者的需求，从而引发较多不必要的医患纠纷[6]。人性化护理干预是较为新型的护理模式，其在常规护理干预之上，给予患者更高效的护理，使日渐紧张的医患关系回归于良好的状态。在本文研究中，给予43例骨科患者实施人性化护理干预，在降低并发症发生率以及提高护理满意度上均取得了显著的成果。详细内容如下。……
