[摘要] 目的 自拟导痰祛瘀汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病临床分析。方法 选取2014年1月—2016年1月期间在该院接受治疗的80例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象。按治疗方法不同，将患者分成对照组与观察组，每组各40例患者。其中对照组给予常规西医药物治疗，观察组给予自拟导痰祛瘀汤治疗。结果 观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、FBC、2 hPG情况明显优于对照组；观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%，明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.5%。结论 自拟导痰祛瘀汤在糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗中能够起到减轻其心绞痛症状、降低血糖水平，提高治疗总有效率的作用，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the self-made daotan quyu tang in treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease in clinic. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods with 40 cases in each， the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with routine western medicine drugs and self-made daotan quyu tang. Results The TC，TG，LDL-C，FBC，2 hPG in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group， and the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.5% vs 77.5%）. Conclusion The self-made daotan quyu tang in treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease can relieve the angina symptoms， reduce the blood glucose level and improve the total treatment effective rate， which is worth clinical promotion.

目前，临床治疗糖尿病合并冠心病通常采用西医药物，短期效果佳，但容易复发，且副作用较多。中医方剂中，自拟导痰祛瘀汤治疗糖尿病合并冠心病效果明显，该文为了验证其疗效及对应用规范指正而进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

对照组，26例男性患者、14例女性患者，年龄在41～78岁之间，平均年龄为（46.12±4.27）岁。病程在2～13年，平均病程（4.7±5.6）年；观察组中，25例男性患者，15例女性患者，年龄在39～76岁之间，平均年龄（46.31±1.43）岁。病程在2～15年，平均病程（5.1±2.3）年；

1.2 方法

1.2.1 對照组 给予患者口服辛伐他汀胶囊，1次/d，20 mg/次，晚餐时服用。同时，给予患者口服盐酸曲美他嗪片，3次/d，20 mg/次，三餐时服用，连续治疗3个月。

1.2.2 观察组 中药方剂：水蛭5 g、当归5 g、地龙12 g、厚朴12 g、郁金12 g、桃仁15 g、红花15 g、茯苓15 g、山楂15 g、半夏15 g、丹参15 g、黄芪30 g。……
