【摘要】目的：探讨在护理工作中开展品管圈活动对降低电子医嘱核对缺陷率的临床效果。方法：选取实施品管圈活动前的2015年2月至2016年2月的100份电子医嘱作为对照组，再选取采取开展品管圈活动后的2016年2月至2017年2月的100分电子医嘱作为观察组，在实施品管圈后，统计并分析两组电子医嘱出现的核对缺陷率、护理管理质量评分及护理满意度评分。结果：在实施品管圈活动前，我院电子医嘱的缺陷率为37%，而在实施品管圈后，电子医嘱的缺陷率仅为7%，观察组的核对缺陷率明显低于对照组，不仅如此，于品管圈實施前，观察组的护理管理质量评分为（76.13±7.25）分，护理满意度评分为（79.19±8.52）分，而在实施品管圈后，其护理管理质量评分为（90.52±8.64）分，护理满意度评分为（92.44±6.79）分，观察组的护理管理质量及护理满意度均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在护理工作中开展品管圈活动，能有效的降低电子医嘱核对出现的缺陷率，提升团队的合作意识，提高整体的护理管理质量，以此提高护理满意度，值得在临床上推广。

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the defect rate of electronic medical consultation in nursing work. Methods： 100 copies of electronic medical selection implementation of QCC from February 2015 to February 2016 as the control group， and then select the 100 electronic orders taken after QCC activities from February 2016 to February 2017 as the observation group， the implementation of QCC， statistics and analysis of two groups of electronic medical check the defect rate， the quality of nursing management and nursing satisfaction score score. Results： QCC activities before the implementation of the electronic prescriptions of our hospital was 37%， while after the implementation of QCC， the electronic medical defect rate was only 7%， the observation group check defect rate was significantly lower than the control group， not only that， before the implementation of QCC in the observation group， the quality of nursing management score （76.13 + 7.25） points， nursing satisfaction score was （79.19 + 8.52）， and after the implementation of QCC， the nursing quality score （90.52 + 8.64） points， nursing satisfaction score was （92.44 + 6.79）， the observation group of the quality of nursing management and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group， P < 0.05. Conclusion： the quality control circle activity in the nursing work， can effectively reduce the defect rate of electronic medical check， enhance the sense of teamwork and cooperation， improve the overall quality of nursing management， improve nursing satisfaction， is worthy of clinical promotion.

随着医学科技的发展，电子医嘱逐渐取代纸板医嘱，也是医院进行信息化改革的一项重要措施，电子医嘱具有纸板医嘱不具有的特征，其内容清晰、规范、高效、便捷等优点。但是由于临床工作繁忙，极易在使用的过程中易出现护理缺陷及安全隐患，对护理工作和临床治疗带来了极大的影响。我院已全面普及电子医嘱，然而电子医嘱再使用过程中，易出现核对缺陷，出现无核对流程、医嘱不规范、执行与核对时间不符等问题，因此，急需一种管理方法降低电子医嘱的核对缺陷率。……
