摘 要：随着经济社会发展，中压开关柜使用量越来越大，近年来不受外界环境影响的小型化、免维护、可靠性高的充气式开关柜日益受欢迎。本文回顾了充气柜产品的发展历程和特点，介绍了目前较常见的几种产品型号，总结并展望了充气柜的发展趋势。环保型智能化充气柜将成为充气柜的发展方向，并将在轨道交通和配电网等领域逐步获得推广应用。

Development Status of Medium Voltage C-GIS

Abstract：As the development of economy and society， the amount of medium voltage switch cabinets used is getting larger. C-GIS which could not be affected by external environment is increasingly well received for its small-size， maintenance-free and high reliability in recent years. In this paper， development history and features of C-GIS are reviewed， several common products are introduced and development trend of C-GIS is summarized and forecasted. Environment friendly and intelligent C-GIS would be the development direction and applied progressively in rail transportation and distribution network.

1 引言

柜式氣体绝缘金属封闭开关设备（Cubical Gas Insulated Switchgear），简称C-GIS，是一种以断路器为主开关，用于10～35kV或更高电压等级的一次配电系统设备。充气环网柜以负荷开关为主开关，也有配断路器的方案，用于10～35kV的二次配电系统。充气柜通常是C-GIS与充气环网柜的统称。

充气柜利用GIS的绝缘技术、密封技术将高压元件安装在箱型密封容器内，并充入略高于大气压力的绝缘气体，利用现代先进的加工工艺制成成套系列化产品，在系统正常和故障情况下具有对电能分配的控制、保护、测量、监视和通讯功能。相对于传统非密闭的移开式空气绝缘开关柜，具有密封充气的特点。

2 充气柜特点与使用场合

充气柜的整个高压系统处于完全密封的状态，不受外界环境条件的影响，缩小了柜体外形尺寸，具有整体小型化、高可靠性、免维护的特点，由于在工厂整体组装后运往现场，现场安装方便，运维成本低，整个生命周期具有较高的性价比和可靠性。……
