[摘要] 目的 探讨在临床中应用护理安全管理路径的临床效果。 方法 临床纳入2015年5月～2016年4月期间我院内科收治的500例住院患者，根据随机投掷法分为两组，其中250例对照组患者行一般护理，研究组250例在一般护理中增加安全管理，对比两组生活质量、意外发生率及满意度。 结果 经过实施护理安全管理路径，研究组摔倒、感染、纠纷、投诉等发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），率降低比例差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。护理后研究组总满意率97.20%相比于对照组85.20%得到好转，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 通过安全管理的应用增加了患者后期生活质量及满意度，降低了意外及纠纷的发生率。

Application of nursing safety management path in clinical nursing management

[Abstract] Objective To study the clincial effect of applying nursing safety management path in clinical practice. Methods 500 inpatients cured in Internal medicine of our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into two group according to the random throwing method. 250 cases in control group were treated with general nursing， and 250 cases in study group were increased safety management in general care. Quality of life， incidence of accidents and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the implementation of the nursing safety management path， the incidence of falls， infections， disputes and complaints of the study group were lower than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of reduction （P>0.05）. After nursing， the total satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.20%， compared with 85.20% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Through the application of safety management， the quality of life and satisfaction of patients are increased， and the incidence of accidents and disputes is reduced.

临床路径（clinical pathway）是一种针对特定的疾病而建立的一整套高质量且标准化的护理治疗模式，高效的同时兼具科学性[1]。护理安全管理是一种在保证患者安全的前提下提高护理质量为目标的管理方式，是维持医院正常工作、秩序的重要组成，保障了患者的生命权益[2-3]。在现代临床中，护理管理還存在着漏洞，并没有统一的管理标准，医疗事故、医疗纠纷发生率逐年上升，如何加强对医院的管理，降低风险程度成为临床首要解决问题，本次研究对护理安全管理路径应用于临床护理管理中的效果进行探讨，现作以下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

临床纳入2015年5月～ 2016年4月期间我院内科收治的500例住院患者，根据随机投掷法分为两组。其中对照组147例为男性患者，103例为女性患者，年龄24～73岁，平均（53.26±7.84）岁。研究组145例为男性患者，女105例，年龄25～75岁，平均（53.72±7.43）岁，P>0.05，可行比较。……
