[摘要] 目的 探讨奥氮平、阿立哌唑、喹硫平、利培酮和齐拉西酮在治疗精神分裂症时对患者催乳素的影响。 方法 选取2015年1月1日～2017年3月31日首发精神病患者共125例，随机分为5组。对每组患者分别使用奥氮平、阿立哌唑、喹硫平、利培酮和齐拉西酮进行治疗，并监测患者在治疗前及治疗后2、6、8周后催乳素水平的变化，并记录结果，对上述五种药物在治疗前后对患者血清中催乳素变化情况进行检测和分析。 结果 奥氮平、阿立哌唑、喹硫平、利培酮和齐拉西酮治疗患者血清中催乳素的含量均出现了一定的增长，其中患者血液中催乳素水平利培酮组>奥氮平组>喹硫平组>齐拉西酮组>阿立哌唑组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 本研究中采用的五种抗精神病药物在治疗过程中，对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素的水平产生各自不同的作用，其中阿立哌唑和齐拉西酮对患者血清催乳素的影响相对较小，值得推广和应用。

Clinical studies of the effects of prolactin for different types of antipsychotic drugs in patients with schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of prolactin of olanzapine， aripiprazole，quetiapine，risperidone and ziprasidone in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 125 patients with psychosis from January 1，2015 to March 31，2017 were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups.All the patients in each group were separately used olanzapine，aripiprazole， quetiapine，risperidone and ziprasidone.Before treatment and after treatment with 2，6，8 weeks，the prolactin level changes were monitored，the results of the above five kinds of drugs to patients before and after therapy were recorded.The changes of serum prolactin in the five kinds of drugs before and after treatment were detected and analyzed. Results The serum prolactin levels in patients using olanzapine， aripiprazole，quetiapine，risperidone and ziprasidone had certain growths，the order of prolactin levels in the blood of patients was risperidone group > olanzapine group > quetiapine group> ziprasidone group > aripiprazole group，and the difference had statistical sense （P<0.05）. Conclusion Different types of antipsychotic drugs have different effects on serum prolactin levels of patients with schizophrenia.Aripiprazole and ziprasidone have smaller impactonserum prolactin levels of patients among these antipsychotic drugs，which deserve application and promotion in clinical medical treatment.

精神分裂癥是一种常见的慢性精神疾病，其临床表现多种多样，具有在思维、情感、行为等方面的不协调和脱离现实环境的特点。精神分裂症患者在发病时会产生幻觉、妄想等症状，严重者甚至会出现严重的自残和暴力行为。分裂症病程多呈持续进展，可导致社会适应能力的下降甚至精神衰退。若能在发病早期发现，并给予充分合理的治疗，多数病人可取得不同程度的好转。目前治疗精神
