【摘要】目的：分析腹腔镜与开腹手术在治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法：在本次研究中选择2016年1月-2017年1月我院收治的50例慢性萎缩性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，分为甲组和乙组，分别给予开腹手术和腹腔镜手术治疗，对治疗效果進行分析。结果：对甲组和乙组的各项指标进行分析，乙组的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间等系数明显少于甲组。对甲组和乙组的不良反应率分别为4%和16%，乙组优势较为突出。结论：对慢性萎缩性胆囊炎患者给予腹腔镜手术，其优势明显，患者对其满意率较高，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open abdominal surgery on the treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis. Methods： in this study choose in January 2016 - January 2017 50 cases of chronic atrophic cholecystitis patients in our hospital as the research object， divided into the first division and group b， given laparotomy and laparoscopic surgical treatment respectively， analyze the treatment effect. Results： analyze the first division and each index of group b， group b of the operation time， intraoperative blood loss， recovery time of gastrointestinal function and coefficient significantly less than the first division. The adverse reactions of the group and group were 4% and 16% respectively， and the advantages of group b were outstanding. Conclusion： laparoscopic surgery was performed on patients with chronic atrophic cholecystitis， and the advantage was obvious that patients had higher satisfaction rate and should be promoted and applied.

慢性萎缩性胆囊炎是当前临床研究中常见的症状，对患者自身有严重的影响，要及时采取术式治疗。该症状是由于胆囊结石引起的，患者表现为上腹部疼痛、腹胀等症状。近些年来随着临床医疗卫生技术的不断发展可知，腹腔镜治疗方式的优势明显，该手术形式损伤比较小，对患者自身无明显的影响。医护人员要掌握手术操作要点和重点，按照流程要求实施。为了分析腹腔镜与开腹手术在治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎的临床疗效，选择的50例慢性萎缩性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象，分为甲组和乙组，分别给予开腹手术和腹腔镜手术治疗，对治疗效果进行分析。详细如下：
