趋化因子受体4和基质衍生因子1的表达与卵巢癌发生的相关性分析

[摘要] 目的 分析趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)和基质衍生因子1(SDF-1)在不同卵巢组织中的表达,探究二者在卵巢癌的发生、发展及转移过程中的作用。 方法 选择我院收治的35例卵巢上皮癌患者、卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤的患者27例以及正常的卵巢组织患者32例,采用免疫组化法进行检测,分析卵巢组织中的CXCR4、SDF-1的蛋白表达情况和临床病理因素的相关性。 结果 SDF-1、CXCR4在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤肿瘤和卵巢恶性肿瘤中分别表达阴性、低表达以及高表达(P<0.05);SDF-1、CXCR4 蛋白表达与FIGO分期、组织学分化均无显著差别(P>0.05),而和淋巴结是否转移呈正相关(P<0.05),SDF-1表达情况与患者具有腹水呈正相关(P<0.05)。 结论 SDF-1、CXCR4的蛋白表达和卵巢癌有着一定的相关性,其可能参与了卵巢癌的转移过程,但是与卵巢癌的组织学分化情况无关,同时SDF-1、CXCR4的蛋白表达情况可以作為卵巢的重要致病因子。

Correlation analysis between expression of chemokine receptor 4 and matrix derived factor 1 and ovarian cancer

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the expression of chemokine receptor 4 and matrix derived factor 1 in different ovarian tissues. And to explore the the role of the two in the process of ovarian cancer occurrence, development and metastasis. Methods 32 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, 27 cases of ovarian epithelial benign tumors and 35 cases of normal ovarian tissues cured in our hospital were selected. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CXCR4 and SDF-1 proteins in ovarian tissue and the correlation between clinical and pathological factors. Results SDF-1 and CXCR4 expressed negative, low expression and high expression (P<0.05) in normal ovarian tissue, ovarian benign tumor and ovarian malignant tumor respectively. There was no significant difference between the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 protein and FIGO staging and histological differentiation (P>0.05). There was positively related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), and the expression of SDF-1 was positively correlated with ascites in patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The protein expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 is related to ovarian cancer. It may be involved in the metastasis of ovarian cancer, but it is not related to the histological differentiation of ovarian cancer. At the same time, the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 protein can be an important pathogenic factor of ovary.

卵巢癌属于女性生殖器中较为严重的恶性疾病,目前,临床上未找到有效的方法诊断,仍有约

体,其可以促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、转移侵犯,在肿瘤的生理及病理过程中发挥着极为重要的作用[3]。基质衍生因子1是骨髓基质细胞产生的CXC类趋化蛋白,CXCR4是其主要的受体[4-5]。研究选择我院收治的35例卵巢上皮癌患者、卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤的患者27例以及正常的卵巢组织患者32例,采用免疫组化法进行检测,分析卵巢组织中的CXCR4、SDF-1的蛋白表达情况和临床病理因素的相关性。现进行报道如下。……
