[摘要] 目的 探討心理护理干预对复杂性手外伤患者术后康复心理状态的影响。 方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月期在本院接受冶疗的100例复杂性手外伤患者作为临床护理研究的对象，随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，对照组采用常规受伤手护理模式，观察组在此基础上给予心理护理干预，对两组患者在术前、术后第一周、第二周分别应用汉密顿HAMA实施心理测评，并采用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分方法对干预后两组生活质量进行分析。 结果 观察组患者在术前进行干预过程中HAMA与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。而到术后第一周、第二周时，观察组患者的焦虑情绪明显降低，评分值HAMA明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能、社会功能、总体生活质量评分明显高于对照组，且比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总满意率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 心理护理干预对改善手外伤患者术后心理状态具有较好的临床护理效果，有利于帮助患者更好、更快的恢复身体健康，值得在临床护理中广泛推广和应用。

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological state in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with complicated hand injury

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological state in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with complicated hand injury. Methods 100 patients with complicated hand injury who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 50 in each.The control group was given routine nursing mode of hand injury while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention at basis of it.Hamilton HAMA was used before surgery，1 week after surgery，two weeks after surgery to implement psychological evaluation.In addition，Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74 （GQOLI-74） was used to analyze quality of life after intervention of patients. Results During intervention before surgery，HAMA of the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance （P>0.05）.At 1 week after surgery and two weeks after surgery，anxiety and depression of patients in the observation group were significantly decreased and HAMA score was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The body function， psychological function，material function，social function and overall score of quality of life of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the comparative difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has a better clinical nursing effect on improving psychological state in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with complicated hand injury，which is helpful to help patients to restore health better and faster.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.

随着我国工业社会的快速发展，各式各样的工业机械纷至沓来，在快速提高人们生活质量的同时，因使用机械不当、错误操作等各种问题而造成的事故也越来越多，像交通事故、机器咬人等造成全身各处血管、神经，肌肉的损伤，类似这样的悲剧几乎每天都在发生。笔者所在的科室为显微手外科，手外伤是我科常见的创伤之一，其中又以断指再植病例多见，为探讨手外伤患者不良情绪对断指再植术的影响，我们对50例复杂性手外伤患者术后进行心理干预，取得了满意的效果，现报道讨如下。
