摘要 通过对江西省农机工业发展现状调研与分析，发现其存在以小型农机为主、农机装备结构区域不平衡、企业规模小、创新能力不足、产品核心竞争力不强及适用性差等问题。因此提出，“十三五”期间，明确农机技术及企业经营基础、优化固有布局，加快搭建产学研技术创新平台，攻克机具研发难点，破除农机覆盖不全盲点，以上这些对策将成为加快推进江西省农机工业发展的有效途径，有助于实现江西省农机工业提速发展。

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Machinery Industry Development in Jiangxi Province

Abstract Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of agricultural machinery industry in Jiangxi Province， it is found that agricultural equipment in field are mostly small farm machinery，agricultural machinery and equipment structure of the region is unbalanced， small-scale enterprises prevailing， lack of innovation，the core competitiveness of agricultural machinery products is not strong and the applicability is poor， etc.During the "The 13th five-year" period， a clear understanding of agricultural machinery and business base， optimizing the inherent layout， speeding up the construction of production and research and technology innovation platform， overcoming the difficulties of R & D equipment， breaking the gap.These will become an effective way to accelerate the development of agricultural machinery industry in Jiangxi Province， which will also help to achieve the development of agricultural machinery industry in Jiangxi Province.

农业的根本出路在于机械化，农业机械化的发展离不开农机工业的发展[1]。从2004年国家实施农机购置补贴政策至今，依靠市场需求的刚性增长和政策的强力推动，我国农机工业高速增长，带动全国农业机械化发展迈入新台阶[2]。2015年江西省主要农作物耕种收综合机械化水平达到66.51%，预示着当前江西农业机械化发展已经进入中级发展阶段，并向高级阶段迈进[3-4]。为探索新阶段符合江西省情的农业机械化发展道路，有必要开展农机工业发展现状研究，进而找准问题、理清思路，确保“十三五”农业机械化实现新跨越。

1 江西农机工业发展现状

1.1 农机工业内涵 我国从20世纪50年代仿造国外农机具开始建设自己的农机工业，现已建立起门类比较齐全的农机产品。农机工业的主体是企业，载体是农业机械。专家学者们对农机工业的研究通常包含农机企业、农机装备2个方面[5-8]。……
