摘要 以古村落旅游目的地居民参与旅游满意度为切入点，结合社区参与理论，构建居民参与旅游满意度评价体系，并以诸葛八卦村为例进行实证分析。利用参与旅游满意度评价矩阵，提出相应的管理建议，以促进古村落旅游的健康发展。

The Investigation and Analysis of Community Residents Satisfaction of Participation in Ancient Village Tourism Development—Take Zhuge Village in Zhejiang Lanxi as an Example

Abstract The paper took the community residents to participate in the tourism satisfaction as the breakthrough point，combined with the theory of community participation，builded the evaluation system of the residents to participate in tourism satisfaction，and took Zhuge Village as an example to carry out the empirical analysis.The paper put forward corresponding suggestions through satisfaction evaluation matrix in order to promote the healthy development of the ancient village tourism.

将社区与景区结合开发古村落旅游地，形成社区型景区，是古村落旅游地开发的新思路。社区居民既是旅游吸引物，又是旅游服务的提供者。一方面作为旅游吸引物，社区居民的生活状态、民风民俗、衣食住行是古村落旅游地的核心吸引力；另一方面作为旅游服务的提供者，社区居民参与到游客的接待中来，通过为游客提供民宿、餐饮、解说、展示等直接或间接服务获得经济收入，由此可见，社区居民在旅游开发中扮演着双重角色，居民是否参与到旅游发展之中，会影响居民对当地旅游发展的看法，进而左右他们的行为。为保证古村落旅游目的地的长远发展和吸引力，得到景区的“主人”——社区居民的支持尤为迫切。鉴于此，笔者展开对社区居民满意度的调查与分析，以促进古村落旅游地的持续发展。

1 社区参与旅游研究概述

在西方国家，社区参与理念最早出现在20世纪60年代，最初是应用于旅游规划中，强调应在旅游规划过程中纳入当地社区居民对发展旅游的意见并作为重要参考依据。墨菲[1]在《旅游：社区方法》一书中提出了社区参与这一概念，阐述了旅游对社区的影响，讨论了如何从社区角度发展和规划旅游。……
