摘要 从立体化视角出发，介绍了立体化视角下城市地下空间开发、高空空间开发等多元空间整合的案例。结合红塔区区域特色，以红塔集团立体停车场与屋顶绿化、世纪乐地地下商业步行街、老城片区海绵工程项目为例，对其城市立体化现状、问题等进行研究，探索城市多元空间整合的路径，对城市立体化发展的趋势和构想进行阐述，以期为红塔区城市立体化发展提供参考。

Study on the Integration of Urban Multiple Spaces from the Perspective of Stereoscopic—Take Hongta District of Yuxi City as an Example

Abstract From the stereoscopic angle of view， a case study of multiple spatial integration of development of urban underground space and high altitude space from the perspective of stereoscopic is introduced. Combining with the regional characteristics of Hongta District， and taking the examples of stereoscopic parking and roof greening of Hongta Group， the underground commercial pedestrian street of Shijiledi， sponge project in old town area， the present situation and the problems of city stereoscopic structure are studied and analyzed， the path of integration of urban multiple spaces is explored， and the trend and conception of urban stereoscopic development is expounded， which is hoped to provide reference for the three-dimensional development of Hongta District.

土地是城市發展的载体，土地利用率的高低对城市化进程有直接的影响。尽管国家建设部确立了国家技术标准《城市地下空间规范规划》等一系列发展政策，强化了土地集约利用方面的管理力度，推进了对土地立体利用的开发建设，但目前我国城市的发展还达不到地下、地面、高空相协调，当前与未来相结合的效果。要提高城市化发展水平，就必须提高土地的利用率，对土地进行集约化利用。总体而言，集约化是表示事物从分散到集中、从少到多、从低级到高级的发展过程。对于城市而言，主要表现为在城市发展过程中，充分发挥出城市的集聚作用，以尽可能少的资源创造出尽可能多的社会财富和综合效益[1]。

21世纪的城市化是地下、地面、高空同步利用和发展的，随着城市化人口的增加以及城市化水平的不断提高，城市空间拥挤，土地、资源供给紧张等问题越来越严重。向地下和高空要空间已经成为增强城市功能、提高土地利用效率、改善城市环境、提高立体化水平的必要手段。……
