摘要 [目的]建立贵州宽叶缬草地上部分总黄酮含量测定方法，确定贵州宽叶缬草兼顾地上部分和药用部位的适宜采收期。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定不同采收期宽叶缬草药用部位与地上部分总黄酮含量，并运用主成分分析法确定黔产宽叶缬草适宜采收期。[结果]芦丁在0.010 0～0.080 0 mg/mL线性关系良好，加样回收率为101.02%，RSD值为2.01%。不同采收期宽叶缬草药用部位与地上部分总黄酮含量呈动态变化，由高到低依次为7月份、8月份、6月份、5月份、4月份、3月份，7月份采收的宽叶缬草综合评价指数最高。[结论]所建立的含量测定方法具有操作简便、结果准确、重复性好等特点，可用于宽叶缬草地上部分总黄酮含量测定；7月份为宽叶缬草适宜的采收期。

Study on Harvest Period of Valeriana officinalis from Guizhou Province

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to establish the method for the content determination of total flavones from the aerial parts of Valeriana officinalis，and determine the optimal harvesting period of the aerial parts and medicinal parts of Valeriana officinalis from Guizhou Province.[Method]Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids contents of medical and aerial parts in Valeriana officinalis，which were from different collection period， and principal component analysis （ PCA） was used to confirm the optimal harvesting time.[Result]Rutin showed good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.010 0-0.080 0 mg/mL， the recovery rate was 101.02%， RSD was 2.01%.There were dynamic changes of the total flavones contents in the samples of different harvest month. It was as follows in descending order： July，August，June，May，April，March， the comprehensive evaluation index of samples collected in July was better than others.[Conclusion]The established method is simple， accurate，repeatable， and can be used for quality control of the aerial parts of Valeriana officinalis. The optimal harvest period of Valeriana officinalis is July.

宽叶缬草为败酱科缬草属植物宽叶缬草（Valeriana officinalis L. var.latifolia Miq.）的干燥根及根茎，常生于林下、沟边以及高山山坡，广泛分布于我国东北至西南等地[1]，为贵州省中药民族药材质量标准2003版收载品种[2]。目前，在贵州江口县和剑河县已经建立了规模化的缬草种植基地。

缬草生物活性广泛，疗效明显，安全性好，是一种很有开发前景的中药资源[3]。目前，缬草提取物及制剂在国际市场上十分走俏，是美国十大畅销天然产物制剂之一，我国宽叶缬草的研究开发也取得了一定成果，但还不够系统深入[4-6]。宽叶缬草传统入药部位为根和根茎，采收期多在7—8月份，此时地上部分也正是生长旺盛时期，但都被丢弃不用。……
