摘要： 伴随科技发展，机电设备也在不断更新进步，机电设备种类繁多，应用广泛。在煤矿生产过程中，机电设备起着关键性的作用。机电设备应用于煤矿矿井方面追求最佳的综合效益和最经济的寿命周期。在矿井机电设备管理维护过程中，要根据其管理模式以及发展趋势进行综合性的处理分析，健全信息反馈系统及改善处理效率。实行全过程设备维修管理，并且将现代化科学方法以及先进技术应用其中。本文从多个方面分析了现今矿井机电设备管理维修过程中存在的问题，并提出了意见和建议，旨在为煤矿矿井机电设备管理维修提供有效帮助和参考。

Abstract： With the development of science and technology， mechanical and electrical equipment is also constantly updating and progressing. Mechanical and electrical equipment has a large variety and is widely used. In the coal mine production process， mechanical and electrical equipment plays a key role. Electromechanical equipment used in coal mines pursues the best comprehensive benefits and the most economical life cycle. In the process of mine mechanical and electrical equipment management and maintenance， we should conduct comprehensive treatment analysis according to its management mode and development trend and improve the information feedback system and the processing efficiency. We should implement whole process equipment maintenance management， and apply the modern scientific methods and advanced technology. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management and maintenance of the current mechanical and electrical equipment， and puts forward the opinions and suggestions to provide effective help and reference for the management and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine.

1 煤矿矿井机电设备管理维护存在的问题探究

1.1 管理理念落后

煤矿企业过多的关注产量问题，却对矿井机电设备不够重视，没有意识到现代化煤矿生产过程中机电设备的重要性。更多的认为机电管理部门只有辅助生产作用，因此部门职责被淡化，管理制度落后不完善，具体细节难以落实到位。机电管理人员实际职权淡化，并且生产任务逐渐加重，盲目追求产量，机电设备管理维修不到位，由于管理不到位致使机电事故频发。管理理念的滞后，创新意识的缺乏，都使得煤矿企业发展受到严重影响。

1.2 监察力度和深度不够

煤矿机电专业性较强，并且随着科技技术的发展和信息技术的应用等等，对机电操作人员的要求越来越高，不仅要求扎实的专业技术和经验、本领，也需要较强的安全意识。……
