摘要： 当今的社会正处于一个不断变革的时代，这种变革渗透到社会生活的各个方面，从经济领域到政治领域，从家庭的组合到个体的发展，每个方面的变革又同其他方面相互影响，相互作用。在这个变革的过程中，缺乏创新能力的大学生必将被时代所淘汰。创新已成为教育，尤其是高等教育的核心，从一定意义上说，新教育革命就是创新的革命。因此本文通过探析影响大学生创新能力培养的因素，寻求既给大学生传授创新的方法，点拨他们的创造灵感，激发他们敢于创新的内驱力，又为他们提高主体意识，发挥创造精神营造一个良好的环境，使创造性人才脱颖而出，这也是社会衡量高等院校实力和高等院校对社会贡献的重要方面。

Abstract： The modern society is undergoing continuous changes， which have permeated into every aspect of society： from economy to politics， and from family structure to individual development. It is true the changes in different aspects have been interacting with each other， but the ensuing effect is brutal： the university students lacking innovation ability are surely going to lose in this new era. Innovation has already become the core of higher education. In a certain sense， the new education revolution is tantamount to a revolution for innovation. Based on the factors that determine the fostering of university students' innovation ability， this article aims to introduce the ways of being innovative to students， so as to stimulate their inspirations and internal drive for creativity. In addition， it is also the wish of this article to build a positive environment that gives rise to their subject consciousness and creative spirit for innovative talents to stand out. After all， innovation is an important indicator taken by the society to measure the strength of universities and their social contributions.

1 大學生创新创业能力的培养是当今时代变革的需要

当今是一个以知识经济占主导地位的时代，处处渗透着创新意识。培养创造性人才已经不是无关紧要的选择，而是我们国家未来发展和世界变革的客观需要。如果一个国家没有创新，那么它永远不会前进。尤其是高新技术的快速发展，需要一大批具有实践能力和创新精神的知识型青年群体走到前台来，引领高新技术产业向前发展，大学生无疑是其中的中坚力量。

如果说科技创新能够推动经济的发展，那么创新教育则可以推动高等教育改革发展。……
