摘要：企业技术创新对知识产权管理有着非常重要的作用，而我国企业对知识产权保护的认识存在一些误区。为解决这些误区，企业在技术创新活动中要有效提高对知识产权管理水平，重视对知识产权复合型人才的培养，并将知识产权转化为企业的核心竞争力，即企业既要重视技术创新，也要提高知识产权管理水平。

Abstract： Enterprise technological innovation has a very important role in the management of intellectual property rights， and there are some misunderstandings about the understanding of intellectual property rights in Chinese enterprises. To solve these errors， enterprises should effectively improve the level of intellectual property management in the technological innovation activities， pay attention to the cultivation of compound talents about intellectual property rights， and change intellectual property into the core competitiveness of enterprises， namely， enterprises should attach importance to technological innovation， and also improve the level of intellectual property management.

0 引言

随着经济全球化、知识资本化技术创新已经成为企业长足发展必不可少的一部分，企业获得知识产权是企业通过技术创新获得经济效益的最终目的，而合理地知识产权管理则是企业对技术创新最好的保护。知识产权管理也可以说是企业的一把“双刃剑”，如果说企业能够通过技术创新抢先获得市场优胜的地位，而知识产权管理就是来稳固它的市场地位；相反，不恰当的知识产权管理则会使企业的市场处于劣势地位，甚至使公司走向倒闭。因此，本文拟以企业技术创新与知识产权管理为研究对象进行探讨。

1 企业技术创新与知识产权管理之间的作用

1.1 优化知识产权管理

企业技术创新其实就是知识在不断运用、创新、实践、再创新、再实践的一个优化过程，也是技术创新从产生技术创新思维到转化成技术创新成果的一个过程。技术的创新是感性到理性再到实践的一个过程，总之是一个不断革新的过程。……
