【摘 要】随着我国进入信息化时代，社会上对档案信息的需求不断增加，并引起了一次革新，所以当前最重要的任务是将档案信息社会化以及对档案信息进行资源共享。将档案信息进行重新整合是进行档案信息资源建设的有效方法，同时也是将档案信息资源进行开发和利用的有效手段。不断挖掘和开发档案信息资源，再将用不同方法开发出的资源以及各种形式的档案资源进行整合，使档案资源的开发和利用水平不断提高。

【Abstract】As China entered the era of information society， the demand of files information is increasing， and caused a revolution， so the most important task is the socialization of archives information， and sharing archives information resource. To re-integrate archives information is an effective way to construct archives information resources， and is also an effective means to develop and utilize archives information resources. Constantly excavating and developing archives information resources， integrating resources developed in different ways and various forms of archival resources， will improve the development and utilization of archives resources.

1 引言

自进入信息化时代以来，我国国民对档案信息资源的需求不断增加，但是由于地区以及馆藏类别的限制，档案信息资源在这个信息化时代已经不能满足人们的需求，所以对其进行资源一体化管理，将档案信息从分散封闭转化为开放丰富，已经成为当今工作的重点。对档案信息资源进行整合和开发利用是对档案信息进行建设的有效途径，只有将这些工作做好，才能更好地推动档案信息建设工作的发展。

2 网络背景下对档案信息资源进行整合和开发的必要性

2.1 对多元化和无序化的档案信息资源进行整合

在网络背景下，以地铁单位为例，档案资源的种类繁多，不光有纯文字档案，还有图片、照片以及声音和短片等多种形式的档案信息。从载体的种类来看，有印刷型、刻写型、视听型以及网络型等，各种各样的形式共同存在，互相取长补短，档案信息资源结构正在向着多元化的方向发展。……
