摘 要：为提高物流管理专业的实践教学质量，强化学生的创新思维和动手动脑能力以提升学生的自主择业能力，文章将体验思想引入物流实践教学环节，以期实现物流实践教学的种种目标。在梳理和总结其他学科运用体验式教学的实践经验和有关研究成果的基础上，结合物流实践教学的特点和目标，阐述了体验式教学与物流实践教学目标的相融性，以及体验式教学在物流实践教学中的适用性和局限性。

Abstract： In order to improve the professional quality of practice teaching of logistics management， strengthen students' innovative thinking and practical ability to improve students' ability of self employment； this paper will experience thoughts into logistics practice teaching， in order to achieve various objectives of logistics practice teaching. Based on combing and summarizing practical experience with other disciplines teaching experience and related research results， this paper combined with the characteristics and teaching goals of logistics practice， expounds the integration of the experiential teaching and logistics practice teaching objectives， and teaching experience in logistics practice teaching in the applicability and limitations.

随着我国经济持续快速的增长，我国物流业总体规模日益扩大。2009年，国务院通过了物流业调整振兴规划，同时国家发改委也在同年5月正式印发《落实物流调整和振兴规划部门分工方案》，并对工作进度做出了具体安排。由此，我国物流业进入飞速发展时期。与此同时，物流专业相关人才的需求也日益增加。而物流管理又是实践性非常强的学科。因此，探索新的教学方法，提高物流实践教学质量，全面培养学生的综合能力，特别是创新能力和动手能力，显得尤为重要。有鉴于此，作为专门培养物流人才的高校必须尝试改变传统的教学模式，而起源于西方的体验式教学法的相关理念和方法，对处于迷茫和困惑中的高校来说具有重要的参考价值。

1 文献综述

20世纪初就开始有了体验式教学。1989年，美国促进科学协会发表了《面向全体美国人的科学——2061计划》，强调亲身体验的学习原则和因材施教。……
