[摘要] 目的 研究高危妊娠孕妇产前护理需求以及有效的护理措施，为高危妊娠孕妇提供科学合理的护理保障。方法该院方便选择2015年1月—2016年12月间诊治的60例高危妊娠孕妇，将其均分为两组，对照组的30例孕妇实施常规的护理措施，观察组的30例孕妇在常规护理的基础上了解孕妇产前的需求，对其实施有效护理干预措施，比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果 通过对两组高危妊娠孕妇进行比较，高危孕妇对高危妊娠知识的相关护理内容最为关心，而对社会支持系统关系较少，通过S-AI和T-AI评分的方式评估患者，观察组评分为（35.2±3.3）分，（37.2±4.7）分，对照组分别为（44.6±7.9）分和（46.8±9.3）分，观察组分值明显比对照组分值低，两组患者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组孕妇对护理人员的满意度为90.0%，对照组为70.0%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 高危妊娠孕妇在产前对其心理需求进行了解，对其实施有针对性的护理干预措施，能够有效提升患者对护理人员内的满意度，值得在临床上推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the prenatal care needs and effective nursing measures for high-risk pregnant women， and to provide scientific and reasonable nursing care for pregnant women at high risk. Methods Convenient selection January 2015 to December 2016 in the diagnosis and treatment of 60 cases of pregnant women with high risk pregnancy In our hospital， which were divided into two groups， 30 cases of pregnant women in the control group received routine nursing measures， 30 cases of pregnant women in the observation group to understand the needs of pregnant women on the basis of routine nursing， on the implementation of effective nursing intervention. Comparing the two groups of patients with nursing intervention. Results Through the comparison of two groups of high-risk pregnant women， nursing contents of high-risk pregnant women for high-risk pregnancy knowledge is most concerned about， but less on the social support system， through the S-AI and T-AI score to assess the patients， the observation group was （35.2±3.3）points， （37.2±4.7）points in the control group respectively （44.6±7.9）points and （46.8±9.3）points in the observation group than in the control group were significantly lower， there were significant differences between the two groups （P<0.05）. The observation group satisfaction of nursing staff was 90.0%， 70.0% in the control group 0.0%， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The high-risk pregnant women in prenatal on their psychological needs to understand， on the implementation of targeted nursing intervention measures， can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing staff within， it is worthy of clinical application.

高危妊娠是產妇在妊娠期间因多种原因或者疾病导致孕妇及胎儿出现严重的危害。高危妊娠产妇与正常妊娠的产妇不同，医院医护人员需要对其进行高度的关注。护理需求是对高危孕妇进行调查或者询问后，对患者护理过程中想要得到哪些方面的护理进行了解，护理需求调查能够有效提升人性化护理。临床护理操作中，依据患者的需求对其实施相关的护理服务，程度不等的提升护理质量，特别是对于高危妊娠孕妇来说，调查其护理需求，对其实施有效的护理服务至关重要。该院方便选择2015年1月—2016年12月间诊治的60例高危妊娠孕妇，对其护理效果进行分析，现报道如下。……
