【摘要】 目的 评价盐酸二甲双胍片联合阿卡波糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 150例2型糖尿病患者， 随机分为观察组和对照组， 各75例。对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗， 观察组采用盐酸二甲双胍片联合阿卡波糖胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（GHbA1c）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、体质量指数（BMI）水平。结果 治疗后， 观察组患者的FBG为（5.32±2.15）mmol/L、2 h PG为（7.79±1.52）mmol/L、GHbA1c為 （6.63±1.37）%， 均低于对照组的（6.42±2.43）mmol/L、（8.65±1.87）mmol/L 、 （7.51±1.85）%， 差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。治疗后， 观察组患者的TG为（1.54±0.65）mmol/L、LDL-C为（2.72±0.97）mmol/L， 均低于对照组的（1.93±0.84）mmol/L、

（3.34±1.12）mmol/L， 差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组的BMI水平（24.15±5.75）kg/m2和对照组（25.43±6.19）kg/m2比较， 差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 盐酸二甲双胍片联合阿卡波糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的疗效显著， 可以达到降低、稳定患者血糖的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of metformin hydrochloride tablets combined with acarbose capsules in the treatment of type 2 didabetic mellitus. Methods A total of 150 type 2 diabetic mellitus patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 75 cases in each group. The control group received metformin hydrochloride tablets for treatment， and the observation group received metformin hydrochloride tablets combined with acarbose capsules for treatment. Comparison were made on fasting blood-glucose （FBG）， 2 h postprandial glucose （2 h PG）， glycosylated hemoglobin （GHbA1c）， triglyceride （TG）， low density lipoprotein cholesterin （LDL-C） and body mass index （BMI） level in two groups. Results After treatment， the observation group had FBG as （5.32±2.15） mmol/L， 2 h PG as （7.79±1.52） mmol/L， GHbA1c as （6.63±1.37）%， which were all lower than （6.42±2.43） mmol/L， （8.65±1.87） mmol/L and （7.51±1.85）% in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P<0.01）. After treatment， the observation group had TG as （1.54±

in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.01）. The observation group had no statistically significant difference in BMI level as （24.15±5.75） kg/m2 comparing with （25.43±6.19） kg/m2 in the control group （P>0.05）. Conclusion Combination of metformin hydrochloride tablets and acarbose capsules shows significant curative effect and it has effect of decreasing and stabling blood glucose.

2型糖尿病是当前一种以胰岛素分泌功能缺陷和胰岛素抵抗为特征[1]， 并威胁人类健康的代谢性疾病， 比较难根治。本文中， 作者针对盐酸二甲双胍片及阿卡波糖胶囊应用在2型糖尿病中的疗效进行了探讨。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取2012年8月～2016年8月在广东省东莞市大岭山镇社区卫生服务中心就诊的2型糖尿病患者150例為研究对象， 其中男82例， 女68例， 年龄40～75岁，

平均年龄（55.6±6.5）岁。将150例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组， 各75例。观察组：男40例， 女35例，

FBG（11.6±3.4）mmol/L， 2 h PG（16.5±4.2）mmol/L， 平均BMI（23.5±

4.7）kg/m2；对照组：男42例， 女33例， FBG（11.9±3.8）mmol/L， 2 h PG（17.3±5.3）mmol/L， 平均BMI （24.7±5.1）kg/m2。两组患者的性别、FBG、2 h PG及BMI等一般资料比较， 差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）， 具有可比性。

1. 2. 1 对照组 给予患者盐酸二甲双胍片治疗。盐酸二甲双胍片（广州白云山天心制药股份有限公司， 国药准字H44023514）， 起始剂量为0.25 g/次， 3次/d ， 以后根据疗效逐渐加量， 一般1 g/d， 最多≤2 g/d。……
