【摘要】 目的 探索分析應用疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片对女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣（CA）患者实施治疗的临床作用和效果。方法 58例女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣患者， 随机分为对照组与研究组， 每组29例。对照组实施单纯微波治疗， 研究组实施疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片治疗。将两组治疗效果以及免疫学指标变化情况进行对比。结果 研究组治愈率93.10%高于对照组的72.41%， 复发率6.90%低于对照组的27.59%， 差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率6.90%与对照组的24.14%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗前CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后， 研究组CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片对女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣患者实施治疗， 可以取得明显效果， 能够有效改善患者的免疫功能， 具有极大的临床推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Youdi liniment and recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with pidotimod dispersible tablets in the treatment of recurrent female genital condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods A total of 58 patients with recurrent female genital condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into control group and research group， with 29 cases in each group. The control group received microwave treatment， and the research group received Youdi liniment and recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with pidotimod dispersible tablets for treatment. Comparison were made on therapeutic effect and immunological indicators changes situation in two groups. Results The research group had higher cure rate as 93.10% than 72.41% in the control group， and lower recurrence rate as 6.90% than 27.59% in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. The research group had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as 6.90% comparing with 24.14% in the control group （P>0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in CD3+， CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the research group had higher CD3+， CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Application of Youdi liniment and recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with pidotimod dispersible tablets for the treatment of recurrent female genital condyloma acuminatum shows obvious effect， and it can effectively improve immunologic function of patients. So it has great clinical promotion value.

近年来， 由于多种因素的交互影响， 导致尖锐湿疣具有较高的发病率[1， 2]。该病是由人类乳头瘤病毒所造成的一类典型性传播疾病， 常被称为生殖器疣[3， 4]。该病主要发生于患者肛门及外生殖器四周位置， 患者群体主要为性生活比较活跃的年轻人， 发病率约为29.35/10万[5]。临床研究结果显示， 该病存在着较强的传染性， 而在发生感染后， 将会极快进展， 其复发性相对较高， 极易发生癌变[6， 7]。不但会影响患者健康， 甚至会影响患者生命安全， 所以应当及早进行治疗。在目前条件下， 微波是治疗尖锐湿疣的主要手段之一， 可以取得一定的效果， 但还不够令人满意[8]。本院积极开展研究， 探索分析应用疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片对女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣患者实施治疗的临床作用和效果， 取得了有价值的经验。基……
