【摘要】目的 探究侧向旋转体位护理在吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2015年10月～2016年8月商丘市第一人民医院重症监护室ICU被确诊为吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者100例为研究对象，随机分为两组，各50例。两组均实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施侧向旋转体位护理。比较两组第1 d和第4 d的动脉血氧分压PaO2指标及胸片X光炎性片状阴影变大发生率。结果 观察组在护理4 d的

P（O2）指标比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组胸片X光炎性片状阴影变大发生率比对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 侧向旋转体位护理能有效帮助吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者将肺部痰液吸出，减少肺部扩张，缓解患者呼吸衰竭症状。

Application value of lateral rotation position nursing in patients with respiratory failure induced by pneumonia

【Abstract】Objective To explore the value of lateral rotation in patients with respiratory failure inhalation.Methods From October 2015 to August 2016 in Shangqiu First People's Hospital ICU ICU was diagnosed in patients with inhalation pneumonia and respiratory failure in 100 cases as the research object，randomly divided into two groups， each of 50 cases.The two groups were given routine nursing care， the observation group based on routine nursing care of lateral rotation posture nursing.Compared with two groups of first D and fourth d the arterial partial pressure of P （O2） index and chest X light inflammatory patchy shadows larger incidence.Results The observation group in nursing 4 d P （O2） index was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）；the observation group chest X-ray X inflammatory sheet shadow became bigger，the incidence rate was lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Lateral rotation position nursing can effectively help aspiration pneumonia， respiratory failure patients will suck out pulmonary sputum， reduce lung expansion and relieve respiratory failure symptoms.

呼吸衰竭是各種原因引起人体肺部通气和换气功能发生障碍，导致人体内不能正常进行气体交换，以至于体内二氧化碳及分泌物潴留，引发一系列生理功能及机体代谢紊乱，影响患者生命健康[1-2]。故而针对呼吸衰竭患者实施有效的体位护理措施，预防患者体内出现气体及分泌物潴留有重要意义。本研究将进一步探究侧向旋转体位护理在吸入性肺炎呼吸衰竭患者中的应用价值。现报告

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
