摘 要：采用文献资料、专家访谈和归纳演绎等研究方法，探讨北京国际体育中心城市与世界城市融合建设的互动关系，研究北京国际体育中心城市与世界城市融合建设的发展效应。北京国际体育中心城市与世界城市融合建设的效应主要体现在4个提升方面，即国际体育文化大都市建设成就、体育旅游的影响力、体育文化创意产业成就和城市体育生活化社区建设水平显著提升。

关键词：北京；国际体育中心城市；世界城市；融合建设；回馈效应

Abstract： One of the hot issues in recent sports study is the fusion construction of international sports center cities and world cities. With methods of literature data， expert interview and induction and based on the analysis of the concepts of international sports center cities and world cities as well as the purpose of Beijing's construction of international sports center city and world city， this paper analyzes the interaction of fusion construction between Beijing international sports center city and world city and its effects. The results show that there are mainly four promotion aspects embodied from the fusion construction of international sports center cities like Beijing and world cities， namely， the significant enhancement of the achievements of international sports culture metropolis construction， the influence of sports tourism， the creativity of sports and culture products and the construction of city sports community. This paper aims to arouse the focus of sports academy on the fusion construction of Beijing international sports center city and world city and promote its international influence.

21世紀是世界城市大竞争的时代，国家之间、城市之间的竞争已经不仅体现在社会、经济和文化方面，体育层面的竞争逐渐变得越来越重要。目前从美国的纽约、英国的伦敦、日本的东京和韩国的首尔等世界10大国际大都市建设的实际情况来看，这些城市的建设已经从单一指标转向多项指标。据这些世界城市建设的实践经验证明，在政治、经济和文化竞争力等要素相差无几的情况下，体育竞争实力往往是世界城市建设中最具竞争意义、发展潜力、时效性的要素。2003年7月，北京市借助承办奥运会的契机，率先提出了建设国际体育中心城市的发展战略与实现目标。经过近6年的实践，北京市在成功举办2008年北京奥运会后，又在2010年初提出了建设世界城市的战略目标，引起了社会各界广泛关注。其建设的发展目标和实现路径是从国际体育中心城市建设到世界城市建设，而建设世界城市的具体目标又包括建设国际体育中心城市。……
