【摘要】 目的 探討一次性护理包在血液透析上下机操作中的应用效果。方法 110例血液透析患者， 随机分为对照组及观察组， 各55例。对照组应用常规护理方法， 观察组应用一次性护理包。比较两组患者的舒适度与操作技能满意度以及透析期间护理人员的操作时间。结果 观察组护理人员的准备时间、上机时间、下机时间、操作总时间分别为（0.44±0.07）、（4.73±0.27）、（4.23±0.38）、（9.40±0.72）min；

对照组护理人员的准备时间、上机时间、下机时间、操作总时间分别为（2.25±0.17）、（4.75±0.32）、（4.29±0.37）、（11.29±0.86）min；观察组准备时间、操作总时间短于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义 （P<0.05）；两组上机时间、下机时间比较， 差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组患者对护理人员的操作技能满意度为98.2%、舒适满意度为96.4%， 均高于对照组的83.6%、81.8%， 差异均具有统计学意义 （P<0.05）。结论 在血液透析上下机操作中使用一次性护理包， 可提高护理人员工作效率及患者的舒适度， 节省了护理材料， 值得推广应用。

Observation on application effect of one-time care package in on and off-machine operation during hematodialysis OU Yu-zhen. Guangdong Province Qingyuan City Peoples Hospital， Qingyuan 511500， China

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of one-time care package in on and off-machine operation during hematodialysis. Methods A total of 110 hematodialysis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 55 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing method， and the observation group received one-time care package. Comparison were made on comfort degree， operation skills satisfaction degree and operation time of nursing staff during hematodialysis. Results The observation group had nursing staff readiness time， on-machine time， off-machine time and total operation time respectively as （0.44±0.07）， （4.73±0.27）， （4.23±0.38） and （9.40±0.72） min， which were respectively as （2.25±0.17）， （4.75±0.32）， （4.29±0.37） and （11.29±0.86） min in the control group. The observation group had shorter readiness time and total operation time than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in on-machine time and off-machine time （P>0.05）. The observation group had higher operation skills satisfaction degree of nursing staff as 98.2% and comfort satisfaction degree as 96.4% than 83.6% and 81.8% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Application of one-time care package in on and off-machine operation during hematodialysis can improve the working efficiency of nurses and patients comfort degree， and save nursing materials. So it is worthy of popularization and application.

尿毒症患者的生命是否能够得以维持， 关键在于血液透析效果[1]。血液透析患者的免疫力、体抗力极差， 一旦操作不当很容易诱发感染， 患者在进行血液透析时， 需要用到很多消毒灭菌类物品， 以往的常规护理通常把消毒棉签、治疗巾、手套、创可贴、碘伏等消毒用品统一放在一个大包中。因为这些物品可以重复使用， 同一样物品也可能已经被很多患者用过， 有很大几率被污染[2]。如果护理人员不能严格按照规范要求进行消毒， 或者没有及时更换手套， 在护理时双手与患者所用的无菌用品接触， 便已然打破了无菌操作原则。……
