摘 要：本文阐述了前风窗下装饰板系統水管理的概念，指出了前风窗下装饰板系统雨水管理不当可能导致的问题。详细分析了雨水流入流出的路径，通过分类对水管理的方法进行了详细的分析说明，也对前风窗下装饰板系统水管理的结构设计进行了详细的介绍和对比。对于合理设计前风窗下装饰板系统导水、排水提供了详细的结构优化方案和设计指导。

Abstract： This article expound the Water Management concept of cowl top， and piont out the problems which produced because of the water misgovern of cowl top system. The paper analyzes the way of rainwater inflow and outflow， and analyzes the methods of water management in detail. It also introduces and contrasts the design of water management of cowl top in detail. It provides a more detailed structure optimization and design guidance for the rational design of cowl top， such as water conduction， retaining and drainage.

前 言

乘用车前风窗下装饰板系统位于前风挡玻璃与发动机罩之间，通常由一系列的黑色塑料件组成，是重要的外观件，对造型美观以及用户感知均有着重要的意义。同时其更是重要的功能件，起着空调外循环进气、发动机罩后部密封、前风窗玻璃雨水的导水排水的作用。本文主要对前风窗下装饰板系统水管理原理、水流路径的分类和结构设计优化进行论述。

1 概述

1.1 前风窗下装饰板系统结构特点

前风窗下装饰板系统包含发动机罩系统、前风挡玻璃、雨刮系统、翼子板、前围钣金、线束水管等环境件，如图1所示。前风窗下装饰板系统一般有多个塑料件组成，共同达成其功能要求，如图2所示。前风窗下装饰板系统所处环境复杂，需与多系统进行配合，同时其自身系统零件众多，结构复杂。

1.2 前风窗下装饰板系统水管理概述
