摘要： 大学城的建设带动周边区域的发展，但是我国许多大学城的盲目跟风建设，也给城市带来了许多的问题。文章通过介绍了空间句法的基本理论以及基本的操作步骤，然后通过对昆明呈贡大学城的道路运用空间句法进行轴线的提取、句法分析、指标变量的解读、数据统计等方法，对研究区域昆明呈贡大学城的道路现状进行综合的分析评价，通过对道路的分析以及商业设施以及住宅布局的分析，揭示其存在的问题。试图找出这其间所存在的矛盾，并给出一些今后发展的建议，为今后的规划提供理论依据。

Abstract： The construction of the University City can promote the development of the surrounding areas， but many university cities in China blindly follow the trend of construction， which has brought many problems to the city. This paper introduces the basic theory of space syntax and the basic steps， and then through the Kunming Chenggong University City Road using the space syntax for axis extraction， syntax analysis， interpretation of index variables， data statistics and other methods， makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the current situation of Kunming Chenggong University City road. Finally， through the analysis of the road， commercial facilities and the layout of the residencies， the paper reveals the problem. This paper tries to find out the contradiction between them， gives some suggestions for future development， and provides a theoretical basis for future planning.

0 引言

随着国内第一个大学城东方大学城的建成，近几年国内大学城一日千里般的越来越多，目前已有60多个。但是大多数大学城均属于跟风建设，多没有进行合理的规划，因而给人们的生活学习带来了许许多多的问题。目前大学城广泛存在的问题有：①人口的结构较为单一。主要是有大学城的师生、当地的村民以及一些外来务工人员组成。这样导致人们的活动特性和出行规律具有高度的一致性。不利于多样化的社区形成。②用地规划方面，功能分区太过于明确，再加上大学城规模一般较大，给人们的生活带来很多不便。③配套设施方面，商业、休闲、餐饮等服务设施发展迟延，同时因为区域内中小学和幼儿园的匮乏，导致很多高校教师无法入住大学城的教师公寓。……
