摘要 结合现实情况，将互联网思维的核心内容总结为强调创新、注重用户体验、实行免费模式。分析了互联网时代下大学生网络创业的发展现状，认为大学生网络创业的主要模式是网络平台开发、网店自主营销、共享经济应用。探讨了“互联网+”时代下大学生创业面临的机遇与挑战，认为机遇主要体现在电子商务模式的兴起、互联网外部性与需求方经济、消费理念与方式的改变、政府营造的优良创业环境；而挑战主要来自同质化竞争、创业能力的局限、创新创业的社会氛围有待提升。鉴于此，提出大学生创业路径的优化建议，强调政府的政策扶持，社会文化氛围的优化，高校创业指导及人才培养的加强，创业者自身素质的提升。

Abstract Combined with the actual situation，the core content of the internet thought was summarized as emphasis on innovation，pay attention to user experience，and the implementation of free mode.The development of college students online entrepreneurship under the internet era was analyzed，and it believed that the main mode of college students online entrepreneurship is network platform development，online shop self marketing and shared economic applications.Opportunities and challenges faced by college students under the “Internet +” era were discussed，while the opportunities are mainly reflected in the rise of ecommerce model，the internet externalities and demand economy，consumption concept and mode change，and a good entrepreneurial environment created by the government，and the challenge mainly comes from the homogenization competition，the limitation of entrepreneurial ability，and the social atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship needs to be improved.In view of this，it put forward some suggestions for optimizing the path of College Students entrepreneurship，emphasizing the governments policy support，the optimization of social and cultural atmosphere，the strengthening of Universitys entrepreneurial guidance and talent training，and the improvement of the entrepreneurs own quality.

據中国互联网信息中心（CNNIC）统计数据显示，截至2016年12月，我国网民规模已达7.31亿，互联网普及率为55.9%。随着网络智能终端的普及，互联网的影响已悄然渗透进人们的生活。2016年4月，习近平总书记在网络安全和信息化工作座谈会上提出“要推动我国网信事业发展，让互联网更好造福人民”。党的十八大以来，我国鼓励创业的创新性实践，有力促进了经济发展与扩大就业的良性互动。但在此背景下，大学生就业形势仍不乐观。大学生毫无疑问是最具有活力和创造力的群体，是“大众创业，万众创新”的主力军，蕴含着极大的创造热情和创业潜能，在互联网时代的春风里，如何正确引导大学生运用好互联网思维，实现成功创业成为了当前社会及高校教育的新兴热点。……
