摘 要：物流沙盘模拟实训通过筹码推演的过程模拟物流企业的运营，以提高学生的创新与应用能力为目标。介绍了物流业发展的背景、物流沙盘模拟实训的过程、创新创业人才的特征，分析了物流沙盘实训教学的现状及存在的问题，并提出教学改革建议。

Abstract： Logistics sandbox simulation training simulates logistics enterprise's operational by the process of chips deduction， aiming for improving innovation and practical ability of student. This paper introduces the background of logistics development， the process of logistics sandbox simulation training， and the characteristic of innovational and enterprising talents. It also analyses current status and existing problems of the logistics sandbox simulation training teaching， and make suggestions for educational reform.

隨着我国经济的快速发展以及信息技术的逐步推广，制造业对物流业的依赖程度越来越深，制造业与物流业的联动发展成为传统制造业向现代制造业方向转型的必然趋势，《物流业调整和振兴规划》将制造业与物流业联动发展列为“九大工程”之一[1]。而现代物流业作为连接制造业各个关键环节的重要纽带，对于优化产业链效率和提升企业竞争力有着重要的地位。李克强总理在2016年政府工作报告中指出，“将继续推动东、中、西、东北地区‘四大板块协调发展，重点推进‘一带一路建设、京津冀协同发展、长江经济带发展‘三大战略”[2]。随着发展框架的全面拉开，有利于推动我国物流业的发展，这将继续拉动对物流人才的巨大需求。

1 背景介绍

物流人才的培养有两个专业：物流工程专业和物流管理专业，它们共同都有应用性强和实践性强的特点。这两个专业的本科生不仅要掌握现代物流学科的基本理论与方法、供应链管理、管理学等宽广的知识，还要具有在物流领域从事营销策划与运作管理的基本能力。……
