摘 要：“一带一路”战略对我国物流业发展带来了机遇，而物流业的发展离不开金融的支持。文章基于“一带一路”战略，分析物流业发展的机遇，找出目前金融支持物流业发展的主要问题，提出“一带一路”背景下金融支持物流企业发展的应对策略。

Abstract： The Belt and Road strategy for the development of China's logistics industry has brought opportunities， and the development of the logistics industry is inseparable from the financial support. Based on the strategy of the belt and road， this paper analyzes the opportunities of the development of the logistics industry， finds out the main problems of the current financial support logistics industry， and puts forward the countermeasures of financial support logistics enterprises in the background of the belt and road.

“一帶一路”（the Belt and Road，B & R）是“丝绸之路经济带（the Silk Road Economic Belt）”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路（the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road）”的简称。“丝绸之路经济带”的战略构想是习主席在2013年9月访问中亚四国时提出的，目的是要加强丝绸之路经济带道路联通和贸易畅通，促进沿线地区经济发展，实现互利共赢。2013年10月3日，习主席在访问印尼时提出，中国愿同东盟国家加强海上合作，共同建设21世纪“海上丝绸之路”。为实现“一带一路”战略目标的顺利实施，国家发展改革委、外交部、商务部等各部委相继出台了实施方案，有力推动了“一带一路”战略的实施（见

表1）。

经过三年多的努力，“一带一路”战略取得实质性进展，沿线国家合作意愿不断加强，越来越多的国家和国际组织参与到“一带一路”建设中来。联合国等国际组织也积极参与到“一带一路”建设，以亚投行、丝路基金为代表的金融合作不断深入，为沿线地区基础设施建设注入大量资金。

“一带一路”战略的提出，是对改革开放战略的全方位提升，同时也给我们国家物流带来了前所未有的发展机遇，也对金融支持物流企业的发展提出新的要求。
