一、文体概述

留言条开篇须有称呼语，日期部分可写在右上角，结尾须署姓名在正文的右下角；留言条（也可称为便条）虽简单，但中心务必突出，讲清楚写给谁、什么事、谁写以及写于什么时候。注意以第一或第三人称的形式给第二人称写留言条。

二、常用短语

1. wont be back until 5：00 p.m. 直到下午5点才回来

2. return the book to the library把书还给图书馆

3. meet at Coffee Room在咖啡屋见面

4. have something important to do有重要的事情要做

5. feel very sorry about ...对……感到抱歉

6. inform him of this change告知他这个变化

7. leave ... for ... 离开……去……

8. so that ... 以便……

9. be out shopping外出购物

10. be ill in bed卧病在床

三、套用句式

1. It was thoughtful /considerable of you ... 你很体贴……
