【摘 要】目的：讨论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法：选取我院发生慢性充血性心力衰竭的老年病人60例，根据病人的自愿原则分为实行常规西医医治的对照组和实行环磷腺苷葡胺医治的实验组，对两组中病人的医治的效果和医治的不良反应以及超声检验的心动指数实行比较。结果：实验组的病人的医治的总有效率（90.0%）大于对照组的医治的总有效率（76.7%），差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组病人的超声检验的心动指数在医治后的比较差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组病人均没有严重的医治的不良反应。结论：对于老年慢性充血性心力衰竭病人使用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗的效果良好，具有重要的临床价值。

[Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cyproterone meglumine in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in elderly patients.Methods： Sixty elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure （CHF），According to the principle of voluntary patients divided into the implementation of conventional Western medicine treatment of the control group and the implementation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate glucosamine treatment of the experimental group， the two groups of patients the effect of treatment and treatment of adverse reactions and ultrasound compared to the heart rate index.result：The total effective rate （90.0%） of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （76.7%）， the difference was statistically significant （P <0.05）. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment （P <0.05）.Two groups of patients were not serious adverse reactions to treatment.Conclusion： The treatment of elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure with cyclophosphamide treatment has a good clinical value.

慢性充血性心力衰竭是一種由于各种原因造成心脏舒张收缩功能障碍[1]，使心脏的排血量不能满足病人的全身血流，导致出现血流动力学异常以及神经激素的系统激活的疾病[2]。慢性充血性心力衰竭属于心血管疾病，在临床上致死率极高。临床上会出现呼吸困难，嗜睡，疲倦等症状。老年慢性充血性心力衰竭是由于心脏负荷过大，心肌收缩减弱或者不协调等导致的原因造成的[3]。在医治中通常医治常规的西医医治，但是效果有限。经过医学技术的不断发展，出现多种药物医治老年慢性充血性心力衰竭[4]。其中环磷腺苷葡胺是用来医治慢性充血性心力衰竭的药物之一。为了了解使用环磷腺苷葡胺医治慢性心力衰竭的情况，本文中选取我院发生慢性充血性心力衰竭的老年病人60例，根据病人的自愿原则分为实行常规西医医治的对照组（n=30）和实行环磷腺苷葡胺医治的实验组（n=30），具体报道如下。……
