[摘要] 目的 研究分析老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞的临床护理方式，为临床护理工作提供参考。 方法 根据该院2013年10月—2015年10月的80例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者来进行研究分析，对患者使用常规护理，增加饮食控制，血糖控制，心理护理等内容。对患者治疗前后的空腹血糖值及ESS评分进行分析。 结果 经过护理后，患者的空腹血糖水平及ESS评分比治疗前显著改善，结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者接受护理干预后，其血糖控制更加优秀，ESS评分有所提升，患者的生活质量显著改善。

Nursing Experience of Senile Diabetes Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction， and to provide reference for clinical nursing work. Methods According to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 80 cases of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients to study and analysis， the use of conventional nursing in patients with increased blood glucose control， diet control and psychological nursing etc. The fasting blood glucose level and ESS score were analyzed before and after treatment. Results After nursing， patients' fasting blood glucose level and ESS score were significantly improved than before treatment， and the results were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction were treated with nursing intervention， the control of blood glucose was more excellent， the ESS score was improved， and the quality of life of patients was improved significantly.

糖尿病在臨床中是因为胰岛素分泌缺陷以及胰岛素作用障碍所出现的高血糖症状代谢疾病，糖尿病、心血管疾病的发病率在增加，患者的死亡率比较高。根据研究显示，过目前有12%的成年人患有糖尿病。糖尿病是我国危害性非常大的非传染性疾病。糖尿病是胰岛素异常，体内碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质无法正常代谢。主要症状就是多饮、多食、多年，身体消瘦，乏力[1]。临床中两种疾病合并发作的治疗难度很大，患者死亡几率较高，随着现代社会老年化结构的问题突出，糖尿病的临床发病率在不断提升，糖尿病合并脑梗塞的死亡率也在增加。合理的对患者进行血糖控制，改善患者的生活质量是我们的重大责任[2]。此次根据该院的80例老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者来进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2013年10月—2015年10月选取了80例糖尿病合并脑梗塞老年患者来分析，共有男性患者44例，女性患者36例，最小患者55岁，最大患者75岁，平均（58.7±12.1）岁，全部患者均有不同程度脑梗塞症状。……
