[摘要] 目的 设计对照实验对针灸治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察及疗效影响因素进行探究。方法 以该院2014年7月—2015年8月128例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照随机分组原则将其均分为实验组、对照组，每组患者64例。其中对照组给予合理的西药治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上与针灸治疗法相结合。对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行探讨。 结果 治疗后实验组患者的总有效率（90.63%）显著比对照组患者的（43.75%）高，且差异较大，P<0.05。 结论 针灸对2型糖尿病的治疗效果较好，不同的治疗方法对2型糖尿病的临床效果有很大影响。

The Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and its Influencing Factors

[Abstract] Objective To design the control factors affecting the treatment of type 2 diabetes clinical observation and curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion were explored. Methods In our hospital from July 2014 to August 2015 128 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object， were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine the combination of the experimental group on the basis of the control group and acupuncture therapy. To explore the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment. Results After the treatment， the patients in the experimental group the total efficiency （90.63%） was lower than that in control group （43.75%） High， and the difference is bigger， P < 0.05. Conclusion acupuncture treatment of type 2 diabetes treatment effect is good， different treatment methods for the clinical effect of type 2 diabetes have a great impact.

近些年来我国经济快速发展，人们的生活水平逐渐提高，患有糖尿病的人数也越来越高，对人们的身体健康以及生活质量均产生了不良影响，但临床上现在仍较难开展系统性的治疗。临床上目前正在研究针灸对2型糖尿病的临床效果。该研究实验以该院2014年7月—2015年8月128例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，设计对照实验统计学探讨针灸对2型糖尿病治疗的临床疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

以该院2014年7月—2015年8月128例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组、对照组，每组患者64例。其中对照组39例男性，25例女性；患者年龄介于25～70岁，平均为（59.41±4.13）岁。实验组41例男性，23例女性；患者年龄介于26～69岁，平均为（60.03±4.25）岁。纳入标准：①临床上确诊为2型糖尿病的患者；②年龄介于25～70岁之间。

1.2 研究方法

针灸治疗糖尿病取得较好疗效的文献报道较多，针灸治疗法简单、价格低廉，但是穴位众多。该研究查阅了近5年来针灸治疗2型糖尿病相关文献中的选穴情况[1]，其中有102篇相关度较高的文献，汇总如下。……
