探讨功能磁共振成像在糖尿病脑部代谢异常中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病脑部代谢异常患者接受功能磁共振成像的检查效果。 方法 根据2013年10月—2014年6月该院的20例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者来分析研究,患者经过了5~10 h的治疗,检测患者的N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/肌酸和胆碱化合物/肌酸。治疗后5~10 h的数据作为对比数据,治疗恢复后的数据作为观察数据。 结果 观察组患者的N-乙酰天门冬氨酸/肌酸比对照组高,结果存在统计学差异性,两项数据的胆碱化合物/肌酸比值无差异性(P>0.05)。 结论 糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者脑组织在初期有酮体积累情况存在,功能磁共振成像能够对患者初期的脑损伤情况进行诊断分析,提供可靠依据。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods According to the analysis of 20 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis patients from October 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital, patients after treatment for 5 to 10 hours, the detection of N- acetyl aspartic acid / with creatine and choline/ creatine compounds. After treatment for 5 to 10 hours of data as a comparison of data, after the recovery of the data as the observation data. Results The observation group of patients with N- acetyl aspartate / creatine higher than the control group, the results were statistically different, the two data of choline compounds / creatine ratio no difference(P>0.05). Conclusion brain tissue in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis with ketone accumulation in early functional magnetic resonance imaging to brain damage in patients with early diagnosis, provide a reliable basis for.

急性缺血性脑卒中的临床发病机制复杂多样,糖尿病会增加脑卒中的病情程度,让患者更加的危险。脑卒中合并糖尿病患者的临床危险程度要比单纯急性脑卒中患者要高很多。合并糖尿病的急性缺血性脑卒中患者在所有急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的比例大约是20%~45%。急性缺血性脑卒中患者的高发病因中,糖尿病是非常普遍的一類,早期对患者的病因发现并进行控制,能够有效降低脑卒中的发病率和并发症的发生率。高血糖会让患者的急性缺血性脑卒中症状加剧,患者的病情恶化,死亡率极高[1]。糖尿病酮症酸中毒是糖尿病患者的一种合并症,该合并症危害性比较大。患者的血液中,酮体浓度过高,酮体水平过高是因为其产生速度要比肝外组织的利用酮体速度要快,所以酮体在血液中堆积。功……
