[摘要] 目的 研究分析糖尿病周围血管病变患者接受彩超诊断的临床应用价值。 方法 根据该院2013年7月—2016年2月的40例糖尿病周围血管病变患者来进行分析研究，同期再选取40例健康体检者来进行对比，对两组使用了双下肢血管彩超检查，比较分析两组的检出率和影像学表现，将其和彩超符合率进行比较。 结果 观察组患者粥样斑块、管腔狭窄、血管闭塞等的发生几率要比对照组高（P<0.05）；彩超检查敏感度是67.5%，特异度是27.5%。 结论 彩超应用于周围血管病变筛查的临床意义重大，对患者管腔硬化和闭塞的情况能够清晰的进行观察，诊断的时候敏感性高，特异性低。

To Investigate the Application of color Doppler flow Imaging in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Vascular dDisease

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods The analysis is based on the 40 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from July 2013 to February 2016 over the same period of peripheral vascular disease， and 40 healthy persons were selected for comparison， two groups using lower extremity vascular ultrasound examination， comparative analysis of two groups of detection and imaging， and the ultrasound coincidence rate comparison. Results The incidence of atherosclerotic plaque， stenosis， vascular occlusion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）； the sensitivity was 67.5% and the specificity was 27.5%. Conclusion the clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular diseases is significant， and it can be observed clearly in the case of patients with the disease and occlusion.

糖尿病在中老年群体中的发生率比较高，2型糖尿病的比例是最大的。糖尿病患者在中晚期阶段常出现周围血管病变，导致了下肢缺血和坏死，患者会致残甚至死亡[1]。因此，临床中糖尿病周围血管病变患者的治疗关键的就是早期诊断粉刺。血管造影是对周围血管病变进行检查诊断的金标准，可是因为该检查方式会对患者造成创伤，而且费用高昂，不适合临床普及使用。彩超是简单、廉价的检查方式，临床中有较高的价值。为了研究分析彩超应用于糖尿病周围血管病变的检查价值，该院2013年7月—2016年2月间对40例患者进行了分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取该院收治的40例糖尿病周围血管病变患者来进行分析研究，将其作为观察组，有男性和女性患者均20例，最小46岁，最大84岁，平均（65.8±5.9）歲。全部患者符合1999 年世界卫生组织制定的2型糖尿病诊断标准[2]。临床表现为下肢麻木、感觉异常、疼痛等，部分患者可出现溃疡。……
