高职教育中工匠精神和创新精神的整合培养途径

当前中国经济进入新常态，新时代不仅呼唤劳动者的创新精神，同时也呼唤劳动者工匠精神的回归，因此高职教育应注重学生工匠精神和创新精神的整合培养。高职院校应培养学生对创新精神和工匠精神的认同感，通过实践教学、团队合作等途径将传统的工匠精神与新时代的创新精神进行整合，进一步提高人才培养质量。

Abstract:At present,China's economy is entering a new normal.New era not only calls for the innovative spirit of laborers,but also calls for the return of craftsman's spirit.So higher vocational education should pay attention to the integrated training of the craftsman's spirit and the innovative spirit of the students.Higher vocational colleges should cultivate students'sense of identity to innovative spirit and craftsman's spirit,and combine the traditional craftsman's spirit with the innovative spirit of new era through practice teaching and teamwork,so as to improve the quality of talents cultivation.

高职院校以培养学生的基本职业素养和专业技能为首要目标。然而，企业生产中形成的工匠精神仍然是日后企业发展必备条件之一，也就是说工匠精神是创新发展的必要前提，创新发展又是进一步落实工匠精神的必然要求。高职院校为使其培养出来的人才全面符合社会发展的需求，必须对已有的人才培养方案进行系统的改革，实现工匠精神与创新精神的整合，进一步提高人才培养的质量。

1 工匠精神与创新精神的内涵及联系

1.1 工匠精神

工匠精神来源于对自己作品反复琢磨精益求精的工匠们，他们对作品的要求极其苛刻，追求作品的完美，从不弄虚作假。工匠精神的内涵主要体现在5个方面：精益求精；严谨、一丝不苟；耐心、专注、持之以恒；专业、敬业；淡泊名利。工匠精神是在通过最精湛的技术打造最精致产品的同时，严格遵循产品的检测标准，对产品的每一个细节进行严格把关检验，最后再秉着不满足的理念，大胆探索创新，成就最卓越的产品。……
